I spent the rest of the night tossing and turning. One thing I was grateful for was the fact that Magic had not abandoned me in this mess. With relief, I realized I could now separate Nabe-san and Midori-san as simple participants but not essential factors, although their presence had proven crucial in bringing forth all this.
