But while she was struggling with that, Lucas was more successful in making a faster decision. 

“I’m sorry, I don’t think I can take it anymore.” he whispered. 

And with one hand, he grabbed her neck and pulled her towards him, giving her a very passionate kiss.”

A few days passed with a lot of hard training. Selena wanted to know how to control her powers completely without facing any unforeseen events when she found herself in a dangerous situation again.


Lucas taught her how to control her abilities when it came out, so she wouldn’t attack anyone again without intention.


“Now you understand why I said I didn’t know what happened with Demi the other day, right? I didn’t even know it was possible to use powers in my human form.”


“I know. Actually, I think I actually knew at the time as well, but I wanted you to tell me. I didn’t want you to feel pressured to tell me anything about your life, unless you felt like it.”


Selena smiled at him gratefully. She could definitely understand what he meant.
