We'll always be next to you

It had been eight years since the five of them met. Twice a week, Lavi and the others would come to the East in secret, making their way through Calla's balcony. They did this in hopes of Calla's father not finding out.

The last time they were seen by the duke, they were kicked out of the mansion. He had accused them of bringing small particles from flowers with them and that they would harm Calla's health much further.

That's when they came up of the idea of making sure they didn't touch any kind of flower before coming over to play with Calla.

When there were balls in the palace, the four would sneak out and bring foods to her. The first time, Calla cried. Saying she hadn't tasted such amazing food before. It led to Dahlia tearing up.

Tonight was one of those nights. They'd stolen plates of macaroons, tarts, cupcakes and pies from the long tables in the ballroom. Erion was hugging a bowl of chocolate fondue, his arms wrapped around it reassuringly.
