"So, lover," Emma wrapped her arms around Olivia's neck. "What should we do first?"

"Well," Olivia chuckled, as she untangled herself from Emma's grasp. "We should probably take a shower first,"

"I don't really wanna move," the smaller girl whined.

"Come on," Olivia helped Emma up. "Don't be lazy! We'll have that nice bath you wanted," she left kisses along Emma's jawline.

"Hmm," Emma hummed, eyes closed.

"And then we'll do our work after,"

"Hmm," the tone in Emma's voice changed after hearing her girlfriend's words. "That doesn't sound as appealing but...I guess we'll have to get it done eventually,"

"That's right, my love," Olivia laughed, leading them to Emma's bathroom.

The raven-haired girl turned the tap on, starting the bath. "Take off your clothes," she told Emma, who was leaning against the sink.

"Demanding. I like it," Emma smirked, promptly obliging.

Together, the girls got into the bathtub, sinking into the water but drowning themselves in each other's presence. They sat in silence, simply enjoying each other's company.

Alas, that silence didn't last very long.

Before Olivia could process what was happening, Emma's lips had found their way to her sweet spot, leaving her a moaning mess.

"Babe..." Olivia warned. "We have work to do,"

"Work can wait," Emma's brown orbs stared straight into Olivia's green ones. "I, on the other hand, have been waiting a really long time for this,"

She wasn't lying. It'd been over a day since Ava's party. In fact, seeing all that happened since, it's been a pretty long time since the two of them had any alone time without having somewhere to be.

"I suppose..." Olivia struggled to get the words out. Emma was intoxicating. "I suppose work can wait a bit,"

"I'm glad we agree on something," Emma smiled, getting out of the bathtub. "Come on, I hear the bedroom's great for our next activity,"

Olivia laughed at Emma, but got out of the bathtub and followed her to the bedroom.

You can already guess what happened next.

It seemed like hours before they were done. As a matter of fact, it probably was a few hours long. Sex for them was always like that.

Neither of them were complaining, though.

"I love you," Olivia mumbled, staring at the ceiling. To say she was tired would be the understatement of the century.

The rest of the day passed by pretty quickly. The girls managed to finish their work, somehow, without getting distracted.

They were watching a movie when Sofi came in the room.

"Kaki, mama says dinner is ready. Will you guys be eating with us today?"

Olivia looked at Emma, who only nodded.

The raven-haired girl turned to Emma's sister. "Yes sweetie, we'll eat with you guys tonight,"

"Yay!" Sofi beamed and hugged them both tightly. Emma giggled and gave her sister a pat on the back.

"Go downstairs and help your mother with the food, okay? We'll be down in a bit to lend you guys a hand at the table," Olivia told Sofi, who nodded enthusiastically and skipped out of the room.

Olivia turned to face Emma as she got out of bed. Emma simply stared at her girlfriend endearingly.

"What?" Olivia chuckled, raising an eyebrow in amusement.

"Nothing," Emma hummed. "I just really love you,"

"I love you too, babe," Olivia replied, helping her girlfriend up. "Come on, let's go help your parents set the table,"

"You're going to be such a good mother," Emma blurted out, eyes widening when she realised what she had said. "Sorry," she mumbled sheepishly.

"Don't be," Olivia giggled. "I've always wanted kids,"

"Really?" Emma's eyes sparkled at her girlfriend's words. "Me too,"

"Well then," Olivia wrapped her hands around Emma's waist. "I'm sure we've got a beautiful future ahead of us,"

Emma kissed her girlfriend on the lips. "You think so?"

"I know so,"

Dinner was a breeze as usual. Alejandro and Amanda talked about their time at work, as did Sofi with what she did at school.

"So, girls," Alejandro set his fork down and wiped his mouth with a napkin. "How has the summer vacation been treating you?"

"It's been great, papi," Emma nodded her head enthusiastically.

"Yeah," Olivia said in agreement. "We've completed all our work and spent most of our time with our friends,"

"I'm glad to hear that, dear," Amanda smiled warmly. "It's been so long since I've seen you happy, mija,"

Then, she turned to Emma. "Thank you, Olivia. You make our daughter so happy. Anytime you need anything, you come to us, okay?"

Olivia nodded her head and smiled shyly. "Thank you, Amanda. That means a lot,"

"I love you too, Livy!" Sofi beamed, causing everyone to laugh.

"I can see that, Sofi. I love you too," she pinched the younger girl's cheeks.

"You really know your way with kids," Alejandro noted.

"I have a big family," Olivia replied simply. "I've been taking care of my younger sister ever since I could remember. I've always tried my best to save money, so I dabbled in babysitting for a bit. Started off with all my nieces and nephews," she finished, taking a sip of water from the glass Amanda had placed in front of her.

Alejandro nodded his head in understanding. "I reckon you and Emma would be great parents in future,"

Olivia choked on her water. It sure seemed like everyone was talking about them having kids together.

"Thank you for the compliment," Olivia blushed.

"No pressure though," Amanda laughed at the girl's reaction as Alejandro winked.

The rest of their dinner went by really quickly and before they knew it, the girls were back in Emma's room, lying on the bed without a care in the world.

Olivia was about to say something when she felt her phone buzz in her back pocket. Pulling it out, her eyebrows furrowed as she read the message.

"Who is it?" Emma asked curiously when she realised something was troubling her girlfriend. "Are you okay?"

Olivia shook her head. "Uh, it's a message...from Taylor,"

Emma's eyes widened at this fact. "What did she say? Is everything alright?"

"My mother," Olivia spoke slowly, as if saying anything else would cause her to break down. "She's been in an accident,"
