Chapter 108 Peace Treaty: Shock

"How amusing. The three great powers put up a defensive barrier together. Heh~ adorable and pathetic." Katerea said with a chuckle.

After the explosion, while the building got wrecked but Michael, Azazel, and Sirzechs were able to make a barrier in time after seeing me doing nothing. I could have survived that attack but they won't be coming unscathed.

"What are you thinking Katerea?" Sirzechs asked.

"What am I thinking? The majority of original devil king descendants decided to cooperate with Ophis and the Khaos Brigade." Katarea said then added, "As a symbol of power himself, he is perfectly suited to bring different power together, and then this world will be destroyed and then will be rebuild. WE WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL RULE OVER NEW WORLD!" Katerea said with a laugh.

"So Ophis is your patron then?" Azazel said with an amused smile.

"Katerea-san, why are you doing this?" Serafall asked in worry.

"A shameless question, Serafall. You are the one who stole the Leviathan title away from me! Today is the day I will kill you and become rightful devil king Leviathan. When Ophis becomes the god of the new world, we will create a new system that will govern it. Your era has come to an end!" Katerea ended her villainess speech with rage.

Azazel and I looked at each other before burst into laughter.

"Hahaha, seriously such a cliché way of thinking. Usually, the first villains who are killed always act this way. By the way good resolution you have as new devil king." Azazel said with a laugh.

"Hahaha yeah seriously, this made my day. Hey, Levia-tan makes a sub position of Leviathan 2.0 and gives it to her and cast her as the villain in your shows. She has good acting skills that I admit." I said wiping a tear from my eyes.

The rest of them also chuckled hearing me.

"Azazel, how dare you to mock me!?" Katerea said then looked at me. "And who are you and why didn't I notice you?"

"Well, it was just a little concealment spell that I used," I said. The rest of them also looked at me with surprise since I indeed became unknown when she came. I did this because I didn't want to interrupt her play. "As for my identity, don't you know the strongest, wisest, smartest, and most handsome human on this planet, Yukio Shinkai?" I said with my hands resting on my waist and looking at the sky.

Everyone sighed and shook their heads whereas Serafall chuckled.

"Strong what? Never heard one before. But I could only see an idiot before me." Katerea said.

"Well, then we have that thing in common," I said with a bright smile.

"You are mocking me?! Do you think you are being cute?!" Katerea became annoyed and made another magic sphere to attack me.

"Bitch I am adorable," I said with my arms cross.

"Watch out!" Serafall yelled in worry. Everyone made another defensive barrier before the explosion.

"Now this is just precious. Hehe." I said.

"Hey, why are you behind me?" Azazel asked. All of them looked at his position and found me behind Azazel.

"Well, I don't like fighting. Since she is your bitch from war then you should be fighting her."

"What type of logic is that?"

"As I said, I am not interested in fighting anymore. Now go and clear the boss." I said then whispered in Azazel's ear, "If you don't go then you are going to lose your little brother, and don't even try to challenge me on this."

"I am going! Don't do this!" Azazel panicked taking out his wings and flying towards Katerea's position. "I am your opponent. I want to settle some scores with you from previous war too."

"Oh, you have decided to come forward. I will kill you then that human brat and then all devil kings!" Saying this she started to fie magic attacks at Azazel and then they both get engaged in combat.

"You know, you guys should display your true powers once in a while to keep those idiots at bay." I looked at Sirzechs.

"So you can tell about my true self. Sigh* it is just that they are very stubborn to listen to us. I didn't want to kill them but they keep challenging my position, taking my silence for peace as my cowardice. I think fate has something in mind since they are now in one group. I could do something to clear underworld." Sirzechs shook his head. "I just want to let my race live with peace."

"Admirable but impossible since this is the underworld you are talking about," I said to them.

"I want to go home and eat some sweets you make," Serafall said with dejected shoulders.

"Oh, you want my sweets? Well, I am inviting all of you since there is something that I wanted to tell regarding underworld and heaven." I said to both leaders.

"And what would that be?" Michael asked.

"It is a story about a romantic devil and human couple."

Rias and others looked at the explosion and saw Azazel and Katerea fighting.

"Oh no. what is Katerea Leviathan doing here?" Rias was shocked. She was also watching Sona and her peerage fighting magicians in certain coordinates effectively dodging and defending direct hits.

"Who is that?" Issei asked.

"No time to explain. We have to act fast and rescue Gasper. We can't fall behind anymore." Rias said pointing at Sona and her peerage.

"Right!" Everyone nodded and they ran to their friend's position.

On the other side of the battlefield, Sona and her team were easily able to deal with mob magicians.

"Is it just me or it seem way easy to deal with mobs?" Saji said as he fired a fireball on magicians. He then used Vritra's Sacred Gears: Absorption Line to absorb the life energy of all the magicians.

"Nah, it's just we have become better. All thanks to sensei!" Ruruko Nimura said as she punched other magicians. Unlike Saji and Tsubaki, none had any sacred gears. They just have to use general demonic power for combat but even with that, these mobs were way easy to deal with.

"Let's just focus on polishing skills rather than clearing them. Leave some for Rias too." Sona said as she made a water slicer to clear multiple enemies. She looked at Tosca who was just sitting in a corner under a barrier with a boring look. Magicians were trying to attack her but it was just blocked by barriers and they have to clear them.

"Hiya!" Irina swung the spear to pierce through many magicians. Another benefit is that it could fire invisible holy light to enemies which is different from Xenovia's Excalibur. She loved the legendary weapon she was using. She never had thought in her life that she would receive this kind of treasure and more so, with honor. She then cast her childishness aside and swung and finished another magician.

"What the hell are those weapons?"

"We can't even see them!"

"Watch out! Those invisible weapons could shoot invisible attacks guah!"

Magicians were panicking but Xenovia just swung her weapon to attack with an invisible cut. She can't help but feels honor and pride just from wielding this weapon. She felt like she could conquer the world. She shook her head then smiled seeing Excalibur Proto in Invisible Air form. She has all the information on how to wield this weapon but she can't be careless and want to use it efficiently to make good use of it.

They all were busy dealing with mobs when Rias and her servants also joined.

Rias fired multiple destruction spells on magicians dealing with them in one go.

Akeno was very bored because there weren't many magicians left to deal with. She smiled then shoot many lightning attacks within seconds.

By the time they arrive, there weren't many magicians left to deal with. So Rias and co just finished multiple enemies and finished clearing them.

Rias then saw a fight that was happening between Katerea and Azazel. She then looked at Yukio who was also looking at her with his thumbs up and signature smile. She also smiled then resumed finishing mobs.

"You have become very powerful. This is not your power right?" Azazel asked he defended another one of Katerea's powerful attacks.

"Of course it is the result of serving Ophis and for the betterment of the new world!" Katerea fired another spell.

"Guess I have to be quick then," Azazel said as he takes out a drill shape with a purple jewel in its back. "I think it is time to use my artificial sacred gear. Balance breaker!" Azazel said and changed into full body armor with jewels on it. He also had a long spear with him.

"An artificial sacred gear? Impossible!" Katerea said as she knew that it was getting very hard for her to continue this battle with Azazel.

"Well, I know someone who doesn't have the word impossible in his dictionary," Azazel said as he slammed Katerea on the ground.

"Guah!" Katerea spat a mouthful of blood. 'No, I can't kill him… I have to do something… something to kill at least one leader…' She thought then looked towards Sirzechs who was standing calmly with Michael, Grayfia, Serafall, and that human. She then looked at another person who was very close to her, Rias Gremory, the little sister of Sirzechs, and then smirked. She knew a secret that Sirzechs power was heavily influenced by emotions and if she could kill Rias, Sirzechs will explode by rage killing all of them from his side.

"If I can't kill you then kill anyone dear to you!" Katerea screamed as he flew quickly towards Rias with her hand forming a blade.

"Shit." Azazel cursed as he followed her.

"Rias, watch out!" Sirzechs shouted to alert his sister and he also moved.

"Huh?" Rias looked confused but it was too late before she could react, she found Katerea with an evil smile.

"Now you die!" Katerea then pierced Rias' chest.

"Rias/buchou!!" Everyone screamed in worry.

Rias felt terror. Is she going to die again? She looked at her chest but didn't found any blood. She was not feeling any kind of pain at all!

"What the hell?!" Katerea retracted her arm and found Rias was perfectly fine.

"Guah…" They then looked at the source of the sound and widened their eyes.

"Well that tickles… cough*," Yukio said as he coughed a mouthful of blood with a big hole in his chest.

"Yukio!!"
