Meeting a talented actor.

"But the case is different here, you are prosperous and made in your fashion designing career, so you have a good reason to be sad about quitting it. But Mark's music career has been on a spot for four good years now, no improvement, no changes. So he doesn't have a valid reason to keep on clinging to it". Rita's Mum stated trying to make her point standout.

"He has a valid reason Mum". Rita uttered gently.

"Can you mention one?"

"His intense love and passion for it is enough reason".

"So you mean you're fully supporting Mark on his resolve not to evacuate music-making?"

Rita responded with an affirmative 'Yes'.

"Why did you suddenly became so supportive of him? I thought you were on my side, you know all I want is the best for you and your brother, and your brother hasn't gotten the best yet. You should be supportive of me so we could work together for your brother to achieve the best". Her Mum stated in an attempt to convince her daughter.

Rita sighed a little, "Mum, you know what, I don't think I should be supportive of your agenda for Mark anymore, because what you think is the best for him isn't actually the best for him. I am still regretting that very day I tried persuading him to quit music and accept your offer. I apologized to him through a text message, but he didn't reply to me, who knows, he might still be clenching on to a grudge against me...and you are telling me to be supportive of you. Do you know how angry he was at me that day? He walked out on me with so much rage in his body action, and you are telling me to be supportive of you? Mum, please, with due respect, I don't want to be part of this anymore, let him be, that is the life he chose". Rita declared with her voice converting from a gentle tone to a high pitched.

Rita's mum opened her mouth in awe as she stared at her daughter for some seconds, Rita's words hit her so hard, she didn't expect it. She managed to speak,

"Like seriously!"

"Yes, I am damn serious Mum, let him be, let him continue with his heart desires. Over-dragging him to consent to your offer might lead to something else, so don't push it Mum". Rita uttered in a convincing manner looking directly into her Mum's eyes.

Her Mum couldn't even utter a single word anymore, she knew she had lost this fight, Rita not being on her side anymore was enough reason to lose. If she were to still decide on Mark's career, she would still want him to quit music, but there was nothing she could do anymore. Rita could sense that her mum was finally giving in to her convincing words, so she stated once again,

"Mum, I would never forget how much you strived for us to live a good life after dad's death, and I appreciate that a lot. And I also know you are doing all these because you want the best for Mark.... but mum, please, let him continue with his heart desires, just let him be".

"Ok Rita, I have heard you, I won't drag it anymore". Her Mum said with a face and tone of voice that reveals dissatisfaction.

Rita could sense the dissatisfaction on her Mum's face and tone of voice, but she couldn't care less, all she wanted was for her mum to stop thinking of Mark and his music career all the time. She took her handbag standing up from the couch she was sitting on, it was about time she left.

"Mum, I am gonna be leaving now, I've got lots of activities to get involved in. I promise to make out time to be visiting you more often from time to time, be safe mum, stop troubling yourself with thoughts regarding Mark's career. And the last and foremost.....keep on glowing mum, bye".

"Bye". Her Mum uttered as she waved at Rita slightly, Rita waved back at her before departing from her Mum's presence.

Rita's mum was still sitting on the couch lost in her thoughts. Her daughter had told her directly to her face to stop thinking about her son's unprogressive career, she would have no choice but to let go of it from her mind.

Music has been a part of human life from ancient times to currently. Without music, life would be boring and void, there would be something very important that is missing in life. Like the phrase that says, 'music is life', so music is to prevail for eternity. The music industry is going to keep on flourishing for life, 'cause there are loads of talented artiste in it. Every year, lots of talented and hardworking artiste are emerging into the music industry with the music business in mind. So the music industry is growing and getting stronger day by day.

Apart from how well the music industry seems to be flourishing, the movie industry is also booming with lots of talented actors and actresses in it. But there is this young guy that seems to be taking over the movie industry with his acting skills and handsome face in the USA, he goes by the name, Andrew. Within a year of Andrew's emergence into the movie industry, he has won two awards and five nominations to his name. He is only 23 years old, but has gathered lots of fans and lovers around the globe.

Any movie he is featured on always seems to become a hit movie...to cut words short, he was blessed. Andrew's acting skills seemed to have captured Mark's attention over the recent months, and Mark had grown to love his acting skills and any movie he is being featured in, to cut words short, Mark was a fan of his. On Saturday morning, two days after Mark's interview with the 'music extra', he woke up that morning with a high spirit to get involved in some sporting activities. He didn't have a lot of activities to engage in today, he was free of recordings today, no video shootings at all, no bookings for performances. So he was going to engage himself in a lot of exercise and athletic activities today.

Dressing up in his sports clothes with those cool jogging sneakers fitted to his leg, he dashed out from his apartment taking a bottle of chilled water with him. He jogged from his apartment down to a mini football field far away from his boulevard, then he visited the gym. On getting to the gym, he sighted both the males and females involved in all kinds of exercise soaked in body sweats. Gulping the last quantity of water remaining in the bottle, he headed over to an available stationary bicycle he could use in exercising his body. Then a voice echoed from behind,

"Isn't that Mark".

He turned around to catch a glimpse of the person that called his name, and behold, it was Andrew. Even though Andrew wore a face cap and black sunglasses so his identity could be hidden, Mark could recognize him solely.

"Andrew the actor!" Mark exclaimed out loud, what was a popular actor like Andrew doing in a gym?

People turned their heads around stopping all activities they were doing to see if it was truly Andrew.....and certainly, it was him. Instantly, lots of people began running towards his direction like zombies that were in chase of their prey. Andrew knew this was dangerous, if these people got to where he was standing, they could injure him as a result of seeing a celebrity and being too happy. So he took Mark by the hands and dashed out of the gym house as they entered his car and sped off before the crazy fans could get to them.

Mark was fascinated, surprised, and confused at the same time by Andrew's action, running away with him by holding his hand like he was his bride was making him dumbstruck. Secondly, how did a popular actor like Andrew know his name? an upcoming artiste like him?

"I know you must have been so surprised by my actions, but I have been meaning to talk to you, Mark". Andrew stated out to Mark after noticing a bit of confused and fascinated look on his face.

Mark scratched his head a little in confusion and bombarded Andrew with questions, "First of all, how do you know me? how do you know my name? What is it that you wanna talk to me about? And lastly, what is a popular actor like you doing in a gym across the alley very early in the morning? I need answers please".
