But they'll still have to make a decision, they can't reside in the two apartments. After some minutes of discussing among themselves, they finally decided to go with the first apartment.

Now that they had finished discussing among themselves and they had come to a final decision, it's about time to reveal to the landlord and agent the apartment they'd chosen. Dylan spoke as he was also speaking on behalf of Mark and Ben,

"We are gonna go with the first apartment".

"That's nice, now that you guys have decided, it's about time to talk about the fixed price of the apartment". Said the landlord.

"Go on, how much does it cost?". Dylan asked, his facial expression indicated that it was surely something he could easily pay for.
