Home Pt one

Keerah's POV

#previously.

I turned my head from where I was watching outside the car window, and stared at him.

He was staring straight ahead as he drove his car not even glancing at me even for a split second. I watched his face that looked exceptionally handsome today with his neatly trimmed beards and tears threatened to fall down my eyes, and I quickly tried to turn away, but before I did, I noticed the small wound at the corners of his mouth.

It was like the side of his lips was busted by being hit by a fist or something.

I wanted to ask him what happened because I felt a little worried, but I didn't because I was still completely furious at him that I didn't realize a stubborn tear had dropped down my left cheek.

I quickly averted my face, not wanting him to see the tears. I didn't want him to think I was not happy with returning home. I didn't want him to think I was crying because I would miss him.
