"Do you want to keep the baby?" I asked slowly although I wasn't sure if I'm going to be able to handle what her reply was going to be.

"If you're not ready to be a father that's completely okay, I can do it on my own Eric I don't exactly need you," she said in a firm voice.

"Shit! Jade that's not why I asked, of course, I'll be there for our baby if you decide to keep it," I said back quickly.

"What about your girl friend? Does she know about this?" She questioned and I was taken aback at first, how did she know I was dating Keerah, but I didn't voice out my thoughts.
