Wrong Assumption

(At the Fire kingdom)

"I've misunderstood you, Julia," Kaycee apologized.

Julia smiled. "I'm glad to hear that you don't make erroneous assumptions now, your highness."

Kaycee then told her that she had a dream where her mother told her that the culprit wasn't her. Julia smiled and asked what else her mother said.

"That's it. Nothing else."

"Not a single thing about the culprit?"

"What about it? Haven't we identified them?"

Julia replied, "Except the head, your highness."

"Didn't you say that you and mother knew who was behind everything? Why not just tell me so that we can end this as soon as possible?" the princess said.

"I can't, your highness," Julia responded. "People like you aren't allowed to foresee the future."

"It's mother the one who foresaw it, not me."

Julia then explained that if she told her who the main culprit it, there's a possibility that the princess can lose her life, but as soon as Kaycee heard that, she laughed and told her that she was also like her, a human, so there was nothing to hide.

"Your highness, I'm not involved with the culprit, but you and his majesties are."

"What do you mean...?"

Julia answered, "It's hard to explain, but in short, your mother instructed me to keep it a secret because telling you can destroy the world."

"Then why do you have the right to know?" Kaycee said.

"Your highness, I can communicate with your mother, which means I'm not human."

"If-If you aren't human, what are you...?"

Julia looked down. "Your highness, I'm an alien from planet 80."

"Alien? You don't look anything like one!" Kaycee laughed.

"Aliens from planet 80 are like humans."

"Then how did my mother bring you to earth?"

"She summoned me," Julia replied. "I know you'd ask how, but I apologize, your highness. It is forbidden to talk about it."

"I understand, but really? You're an alien?"

"Yes, your highness. Aliens from planet 80 are like servants. Our job is not only to serve our masters, but also protect them."

"Then why didn't you protect my mother when she was about to die?" Kaycee yelled.

"She ordered me not to," Julia sighed. "I had no choice but to obey her. She's my master."

Kaycee punched the wall. "At times like that, you follow her?"

"Your highness, if I didn't obey your mother at that time, that would count as betrayal."

"I understand, but what else can you do...?"

"Nothing," Julia answered. "There's nothing special about me."

"If-If you're an alien, does this mean that Timothy is one too?"

"No, he isn't," Julia replied. "I can detect my own species."

"You can go now," Kaycee sighed. "I need some time to analyze this."

A few hours later...

(In Julia's bedroom)

"Your majesty, I've already told her," Julia said.

"See? Didn't everything go well?" a voice answered.

"Your majesty, she wouldn't believe that I'm not human."

"It's hard for her to accept the fact that she's living with an alien."

"Your majesty, she's been asking me about who the main culprit is."

"You've already told my daughter why you couldn't tell her right?"

"Yes, your majesty, but she keeps nagging me. Am I really not allowed to tell her?"

The voice sighed, "Julia, you know the consequences if you do."

Julia then explained that if they don't tell her, aren't they suppose to at least help the princess? They've been trying to find the culprit for almost a year, but they haven't found anything.

"We aren't suppose to help them, Julia. We can't go back in time and change everything. That would ruin the timeline."

"Your majesty, it's almost time isn't it?"

"It's almost time for him to show up."

"I never expected that he was the culprit."

"Neither did I. He's someone who I once loved."

"Your majesty, I'm just being concerned about them. Why wouldn't we tell them if we have the opportunity to?"

"That's how this is suppose to work, Julia. We shouldn't be concerned about them. I'm a spirit, while you're an alien. We don't belong here."
