.The caster of ancient inscriptions

Seui was breathing heavily, with cold sweat seeping through his back. His brows were furrowed and his eyes were erratic under the heavy eyelids.

Seui's movements alerted Ginn who was next to him. Ginn propped his body and glanced at Sol in the darkness, and saw him trapped in nightmares, struggling uneasily.

"Sol!" Ginn grasped his shoulder and shook him, trying to wake him up in vain. Sol seemed to be heavily asleep, unable to pensive external sensations.

Seui's vision was obstructed by white fog as if they had come back to the frozen waterfall. Strangely though, he didn't feel that bone-piercing cold in here, only the lack of warmth. 

Suddenly Seui heard noises beyond the layer of fog that kept obstructing his field of vision, beckoning him to bypass the fog and enter the other side. Following his heart, he stepped forward carefully, one step at a time, the same as walking blindfolded.
