I wish I slap her harder!
I'm still fuming while strutting the dark park with my three bestfriends, Cara, Soli and Ezra. We just happened to witness how Christy, the infamous shy girl of Walter High liplocking with Mike Simons, after two weeks of dating my twin brother Logan.
"The nerve of that ugly girl! You should let me slap her too!" Said Ezra. I've known her since freshman year when we both join the cheerleading team and both got positions in the group. She's blonde, while I'm brunette but we both standing 5'8". She's in love with my brother for as long as knew her and now we both know that we share the same hatred towards the slut who pretends like virgin mary.
"Pfft, I wish too, but as if it would be enough to justify what she did to my brother!" I said while trying to find my car key from my pocket as we were already approaching the pay parking. I have my Mercedes Benz GLS for my 17th birthday and ever since, we decided to carpool wherever we go.
If you are wondering, we were driving to the nail salon at 5pm, when Cara got a picture message from her boyfriend Rock showing that girl holding hands with Mike in the Roosevelt Park.
Christy is a nerd and shy girl transfered in our school that every jocks were talking about. You know that kind of talk when they're seeing her as a challenge for every male specimen in the school. The kind of girl who don't get along well with popular because she wears glasses and have social anxiety, the one who wear weird clothes and don't have any idea of right color coordinates. In other words, she's lame.
And my brother Logan, being the captain of the football team got the chance of taming the nerd after three long weeks. It's within his powers, he said. That three weeks makes him more crazy about her, he said. Now, though he's an asshole a lot of times than not to people, I think he doesn't deserve being cheated on! Not by that slut anyway!
"So, are you telling Logan right away?" Asked Soli. Between the four of us, Soli's the nearest to be stereotyped like Christy. They even shared the same book club in school which we always mock, just to tease Soli.
"I don't know. You know guys how Logan is. He has anger management and I don't really want him to be in trouble.. Again."I answered thinking the possible scenario on my head.
"And he might get kick out from the team if he gets in trouble. I think he's on probation already with Coach Leo." Ezra pouted. How can't my brother just date her and not that slut? We don't deserve this kind of drama.
"Yeah. And Dad was so pissed the last time he got suspended from the team for punching a guy." I frowned.
My twin brother and I are so much alike. We love to party a lot, we're always up for pranks and stupid bets and we always have each other's back whenever something backfired. Sure, we're not really nice to people out of our circle of friends but we care for each other so much that we know we would cover a murder without even questioning it.
"Your phone's vibrating girl." Said Cara, pulling my phone out from her pocket. I have that hobby of giving my phone to my best friends whenever we're going out and the reason behind it was another story to tell some other time.
I looked up at the caller ID without even getting the device from Cara's hand. Drew. Why on earth he's calling me again? at this time?
Drew's my ex boyfriend of two months. He's not my first boyfriend but he's the only ex I truly liked. Unfortunately, he messed with Logan and we fell apart.
"Let him go to my voicemail." I said, not really interested.
He has been calling me nonstop since we broke up two days ago and I've never answer any of his messages, emails or calls.
"He finally realized you won't answer, thank God. I'm having a headache with all that vibrating sounds." Ezra dramatically said as I rolled my eyes to her.
"You should at least talk to him Lo. He really likes you, you know." I heard Soli.
"Pffft. What for? I'm done with him. I'm done with us."I gritted my teeth. I suddenly felt irritated. Though I know for a fact that Drew did not do anything wrong, I can't just pick him over my brother. Not now,not ever. Blood is always thicker than water.
"Poor guy."Said Cara. Ezra and Soli commented about how I should give him another chance but I choose to ignore them completely. Never happening anyways.
The three of them liked Drew for me. Drew's on the football team too, who almost got the Captain position if not only for my Dad's connection with the school board. Drew's an exchange student from our exchange student program that my Dad was also sponsoring. Needless to say, Logan talked his way to have the position through my Dad's power and Drew, though deserve the position don't stand the chance. We fight about it but make up real quick like it wasn't important. He told me that he liked football but he likes me better.
But then my brother got in trouble again for punching a guy from our school because the guy supposedly eye raping his girl Christy while they were walking at the school hallway. The guy's family were so pissed, they reported Logan to the school board which resulted to kicking Logan out of the team but Dad negotiated and instead suggested to gave my brother a probation while serving one week suspension from the school and the team.
That was four days ago, and while he was suspended, Coach Leo took Drew as temporary Captain during their away game with our rival school team two days ago. Which of course left Logan to ask me to break up with him because Drew accepted the offer. He said he can't accept Drew for me for backstabbing him. His words, not mine.
It was really shallow, I know. I should have fight for us because our relationship has nothing to do with football or the fact that it was Logan's fault he got suspended because of some stupid anger management issues. But knowing my brother, he would use all his twin brother card with me until I favored him. That leads me dumping Drew, as unfair as that can be.
"Are we still in for mani-pedicure, or we just hang out at the Cremè to cool down?" I asked the girls while driving. Cremè is a local ice cream parlor at our area, serving stuff as good as DQ. I'm suddenly no longer in the mood for nail time.
"Drew's way hotter than Clifford." Said Cara. Oh, they are still talking about him, huh.
"Let's just get some ice cream at Cremè, then nail care tomorrow, shall we?" Ezra answered me. Everyone nodded.
I maneuvered while they are arguing who's abs are the best. I'm not really interested though.
"I won't trade Rock's belly button to his abs!" Cara giggled mentioning his boyfriend. Ezra and Soli both laugh. I would too, if only I'm not too invested in thinking about Logan's life drama.
Back yo Rock, contrary to this name, Rock could be the fluffiest human being I know. He is my neighbor and one of my closest friends too. We've known each other since diaper days. He's a little chubby and Cara like him that way. He is funny and light hearted, I barely believe we're friends.
He's the reason why Cara became our bestfriend when they dated since two years ago. Man, that was long. I've been in practice of having a relationship since I was 15 and I am 17 now, but never I have ever had someone who stick with me for more than two months.
"We're here."I announced making the girls stop their laughing and arguing, excitedly came out from my car.
"Whoah, talking about hot. I think Sebastian King is way way hotter than Drew."Ezra said eyeing the one particular guy from the glass window of Cremè.
I rolled my eyes. Then saw Sebastian wearing white shirt and dark jeans as usual. He was really hard to miss even when in the crowded room. His personality and good looks scream attention and boy does he know it.
Though I know Ezra has all the right facts from what she said, I won't ever agree with her. At least verbally. To my best friends, Sebastian is my own definition of a person not to ever like. Thank goodness, he's not attending our highschool. He's the captain of the football team of West Roosevelt High, the reason we always crossed paths almost anywhere: parties and away games.
Cara and even Soli were staring at him like he was the most precious thing above diamonds and chocolate invented and I can't help but tap their face annoyingly.
"He's an asshole." I said making them agreed right away. Because he really is!
We walked our way to the ice cream store though I was contemplating wether to go back to the car and just leave, or continue walking to face the stupid hot jerk who is currently looked like having the best of his life flirting with Samara, my brother's ex fling. Or the whole team's ex fling for that matter.
I once again glance at their table when he looked at our direction and our eyes met. Thump. Thump. Thump. Stupid heart beat! Well, he's good looking, blame the hormones!
His smile became so wide that people may believe that we're sort of long lost friends while Samara waved at us awkwardly. Samara's one of the wanna be's who really like to tag along whenever I'm bitching somebody at school. She's like my fan or something.
Cara and Ezra looked at Samara like they're bored while Soli being Soli waved back.
"Wow, nice seeing the princess mingling with the commoners." He said directly to my face, trying to see create amy reaction from me, but I pretended that I don't know him and just sashayed my hips to the table at the opposite row of his, my three girls in tow, copying me.
"Whoah, and the princess can't herself communicate with a commoner, I see. Shaaaaaame. Oh, she still got her three maids with her."He continued that earn a glare from my bestfriends. See my point? He's a certified asshole.
"You looked pretty on white, by the way." He said eyeing my white crop top and white skirt up and down. My heart flattered a little but I continue ignoring him and I won't give him a time of the day even if he's the sexiest beast on earth!
"But I'm much prettier." He continued and snickered at his own stupid joke.
