The Old Sage

CHAPTER 359

By the time they finished breakfast, the hours skipped by easily as Jade and Xander manoeuvred the activities of the day.

The funeral was set for the next two evenings, and everyone was busy making arrangements.

It was decided to bury the bodies of the fallen soldiers in the same place as their leader to honour every race, human and dragon alike.

As for Zale and how to handle the dragons, well, there were no plans to deal with the creatures yet.

All he knew was that his body brimmed with revenge.

While the ceremony to host Arctic's burial took place, a huge part of Jade felt bitter about losing Arctic as she did her parents.

She knew that if she did not take care of the problem, she would have more than just Xander to worry about protecting.

After all, he was still recovering from his injuries and needed more rest, just like the others.

So far, so good.
