"Who are you?" He asked. He had a deep voice and it sounded harsh.

"We're here to ask you about The Institute,"Dad told him.

"The Institute? Who do you think you are, just coming in here and mentioning that horrid place?"

"Its the most powerful place in The Commonwealth."

"What can I do about it, I'm a beast living in a cave. A former FEV lab test, they would have my head for sure if I helped you."

"We just want to know how to get into the place. Years ago a man named Kellogg took my son, and were desperate to find him, We need your help. Your the only one that knows their way around The Institute, You must know how to get in."

"Ugh, fine, do you know the main part of how they get in and out?"

"No, I don't think so," Father informed.

"They use teleportation. You need to get a Courser Chip."

"Where do you get a Courser Chip?"

"Every Courser has special hardware that gives them a direct connection to the Relay in The Institute. It's embedded in a in their heads. You need that chip. But to get it, you'll have to find a courser."
