Decided

Dinner ended with Histoire heading upstairs with Kuro following suit. He had been silent the entire time and Histoire had to know his opinions on what had just happened. Albeit not being able to speak it, he understood the English language quite well and she was sure he had a fill understanding of the conversation and argument that took place at the dinner table.

She entered a quiet room that was secluded from where everyone else was and stepped aside for Kuro to enter as well. She then closed the door behind her and stood there as she watched him under the brightness of the lightbulb. It was true that there could be no shadow under direct light but that was not the case for Kuro. Neither was it the case when it to her hair which seemed to absorb all light but did not. They were two contradictions standing directly before each other and that must have been the reason why Kuro considered her a close friend of his.
