Battle Royal

One of the students had opened the door and everyone went out of the room. Zack followed Nathan but got lost in the storm of students seperating them. Luckily Nathan had told him where Kill Zone practice takes place.

He speed jogged to the S.R room and even though it was quiet crowded Zack was able to get their before the bell rang a second time marking the start of first period. As he got it he saw that the simulation room was a big, vast, empty cube.

Zack looked around to see the students were sitting on the floor with their legs crossed. He was about to follow lead when a muffled called out to him. He turned to the direction of the voice to see a man... in a assassination costume? The school has some strange teachers.

"Hello their," the man walked to where the class was.

"Students, as you know we were getting a new transfer," the man pointed at me, "this is Zack Fero, and no I don't expect you to treat him nicely... actually I don't expect any of you to treat each other nicely, today we will continue what we did last week, I'll give Zack a short recap... Zack you can calk me Mr. Black.

Zack silently sat down with the other students as the teacher called roll call, the people he noticed weee Nathan and Erina, it seems the girl was in this class as well.

After roll call everyone had gotten a shield band and a nylon nano suit which was able to heal or slow down 2 to 3 fatal blows if the shield didn't work, the students had to give all their stuff to Mr. Black. Me. Black then briefly split the room with simulation that way we could change. Onec the students had changed everyone had stood up and closed.

"Alright Zack just follow what the others are doing, I will be moving you guys to places and the Kill Zone practice will start... all you need to know is try to be the last alive, today is battle royale practice and tommorow will be 3 vs 3 practice."

Zack did as he was told and he the felt a slight tug as Mr. Black moved him. Once the students were situated Mr. Black talked through a room speaker amplifying his voice through the whole entire room.

"Students open your eyes."

Zack opened his eyes to find himself in a farm, he was able to sight a few other students from a distance.

"All right rules of battle royale: be the last to survive... yes, a deadly circle incloses on you guys... you must find weapons in the simulation... 100, 100 is the amount of health you start with, you can find armor... also, you can check the statistics of your guns and armor through the N.L.I.K band... finally, you have one hour and thirty minutes to finish this simulation and no this does not lessen you kill qouta so you have to go to a real kill zone and finish it... also Zack everything here is made of nano tech so it feels, sounds, and moves like the real thing... alright, after you hear the gun you may go."

Everything went silent, Zack started to get more agitated as the anticipation built up. He took a second look around, their was a barn, 2 houses, a wheat field, a forest at the far left, a grassy field infront of him, a silo near the barn and a tractor. The closest place near Zack was the two houses behind him, he turned around and got ready to run.

CRACK!

The sound of a gun echoed theough the entire place. Zack sprinted toward the houses and was able to get into the teal painted one. He looked around to find a crossbow with 3 bolts, a healing band which regenerated 20% of damage taken in 5 seconds, and an A.K upstairs with 3, 30 round mags, and a bag in the kitchen cabinet. At least 5 minutes had passed meaning most of the students have looted.

Zack decided to barricade the doors and windows and plank towards the other house theough the upstairs window. He found a wooden beam in the attic which was long and sturdy enough to reach the opposite window from this house.

Before Zack made his move he strapped both guns on his back putting the ammunition in the bag with the healing band. He then quickly ran acorss the band making sure not to fall, just as he reached teh other window he heard a bang, whiz, then a snap. Zack didn't take it to account that someone would have a sniper. Good think he wasn't hit.

Zack realized that the windows were open so he crouched down. He slowly but efficiently crawled and closed all the upstairs windows so that he can block the snipers vision. After making sure their aren't any places the person can shoot at he began looting the second floor.

Zack had only found another med band and a bowie knife, he hid the knife in a wrist pocket he made on his jacket to hide his fathers butterfly knife. He took a second look around and saw a mirror which you would hold in your hand, he got an idea and grabbed it.

Zack sat near one of the windows and peaked the mirror out and slowly scanned the field where the sniper bullet came from. Zack was about to scan the forest line when he saw a slight glimpse of light on a nearby tree. Another bang could be heard and the mirror was completely.

Luckily Zack was prepared for this and had his bag placed in front of him that way he won't get injured from the glass shards. Knowing where the sniper was positioned helped Zack quite alot. He realized that from where the sniper was they won't be able to see Zack on the bottom floor since the windows their were in the snipers blind spot.

Zack sacely got downstairs and started to loot just as he heard anothe bang, it was the same sniper. He contued to look for things and found that the whole lower floor has gotten looted by someone. The only thing left were 2 grenades hidden under the dining table.

Zack heard clattering from the last place he hadn't checked at the bottom floor, the bathroom. He silently went toward the closed door. Zack layed himself against the wall near the door and took the A.K from his back. He quickly knocked twice and lashed his hand back.

A loud barrage of bullets shot through the door completely destroying it. After the twelveth shot the bullets had stopped. Zack quickly went in front of the door to see a boy and puller the trigger to the A.K. A shield had appeared infront of the boy and after Zack had emptied the whole mag a robotic voice was heard from the boys nano suit.

(Student Jonathan Riley, Status:Eliminated)

The student started to diseappear and the stuff on him diseappeared as well only to reappear again around his body. The student called Jonathan started talking before he completely gone.

"Looks like I lost once again... aye, transfer, win this one for me even though it's just practice."

"I'll try."

After the student had diseappeared Zack started to loot the stuff around him. He acquired 2 more med bands and gloves which gave only 5 armor points. The student he eliminated had a bag as well which held 2 diegels. Zack dedcided to take one of the diegels so he won't over weigh himself. He hid the other things around the house.

Zack was about to plan a way out pf the house when Mr. Blacks voice was heard once again.

"Head count, at the start of the game their were 44 students, 31 remain... A.I will tell you the reason to the elimination of the 13 eliminated students... time left, one hour and 8 minutes... circle closing in after 8 minutes an will continue closing slowly... I will gove you a hint to where the zone might end, where the sun shines the brightest... that is all."

Zack remembered Mr. Blacks hint and realized he was kost likely talking about the grassy field but Zack knew that he doesn't know how big this simulation is. Just as Mr. Black said his A.I gave out the 13 student eliminations. Only a few had interested Zack but the one that caught his attention the most was the second to last one.

Other then that the other deaths were either from a few students, Erina, or John. The interesting thing about John's kills is it says clan hunt, which meant he had his loyal henchman do all the work then he swoops in to take the kill. Erina had gotten her kills by herself meaning she had skills like Nathan told Zack.

Zack took interest on Colin's elimination because it seemed to match the description of the sniper he saw. This meant that the gun shot Zack had heard when he was looting must've been the accidental shot. To test this he found another glass mirror in one of the bathroom drawers and did exactly what he did upstairs.

This time no sniper shot came for the mirror. Once Zack had decided it was safe to go out he opened the front door and sprinted for the forest where the sniper was at. He was able to get their safely without anyone seeing or shooting at him.

Zack had marked where Colin had died and wanted to get the sniper as long ranged weapons were his specialty. Once he got their he found that all that was left was 3 bullet shells. Zack was a bit disappointed that he wasn't avle to get the gun.

As Zack was about to leave the spot he heard rustling by some bushes on gis right, he quickly took the A.K and aimed.

"Who is it," Zack kind of felt stupid for doing this but might a well keep going, "come out or I'll shoot."

The bushes started to move again and out came a familar face, it was Nathan. Zack was suprised to see Nathan. He glanced at Nathan's stuff to find a Kar98 strapped onto his back and a throwing knife, other than that he seemed unarmed.

"Oh thank god, hey Zack... do you wanna form an alliance and once we are the last ones standing we can do a 1 vs 1."

". . .," Zack thought of what Nathan had said but he still kept his gun up, Nathan might attack any second.

Nathan looked down at his theowing knife the dropped it, "sorry, I sort of forgot were in a practice simulation."

"You know I can kill you any second right?"

"I'll take my chances, plus I said I wanted to from an alliance."

"5 minutes."

"What?"

"I'll give you 5 minutes to explain how you got that gun on your back."

"Oh this," Nathan took out the Kar98 and held it on the barrel, "you see I was put in the middle of this forest, their were 6 to 7 people other then me so I was unable to get anything but that throwing knife... I spotted that Colin guy sniping on that tree behind you, fortunately he saw me as well but since he was on the tree he had to twist his body a little... just as he was going to shoot I threw the knife and it knocked him off balance and he fell just as he shot the gun, the bullet hit him and yeah he got eliminated."

"That explains how he killed himself, I was wondering how someone would be able to get themselves killed when you should really be thinking that this isn't just a game."

"He's probably really pissed at me, but still you want to form an alliance?"

"Yeah sure, I have to deal with Johns group anyway."

"Yes!"
