Ruth and Whittaker left the dormitory at the same time, but Ruth had hidden behind a wall and was waiting for Whittaker to leave. In the truest sense of the word, he was anti-social. He didn't want to mingle with another person, especially in the morning.

But he wasn't lucky enough to escape the gaze of Whittaker, who has been using the eyes of Devansha to get used to them. When using the eyes of Devansha, there was no visual difference in his eyes, just a mana flicker that appears once every minute. Remember, mana is not visible by naked eyes, as long as it's not thick, so there was not even a single visual difference in his eyes.
