A young boy with silky black hair poured battle energy in each of his steps as he leaped up from the base of the Rocky mountain trying to reach the mountaintop as fast as he could. Each of his steps was powerful but produced no sound. It's because Whittaker has used the noise cancellation talisman.

He already knew where the members of the Blood Oracle Guild were camping. They were on the opposite side of the Rocky mountain that he is climbing. He was climbing the mountain from its back. Whereas, the members of the Blood Oracle Guild sat on the opposite side.

He chose this path because he knew that he'll be noticed by the onlookers if he were to take the land route. However, since he was climbing the mountain from the back, the mountain itself acted as a cover to hide his movements.
