Awkward First Impressions

After walking out of there, Zack continued searching for a mechanic shop or something.

As Zack was searching, almost everyone had already gotten wind of what happened earlier and here he was, still oblivious.

After two hours of searching high and low, he finally gave up as he finally realized that almost everyone has some type of… diarrhea, that's right because they all have frowns on their faces like they were constantly constipated, Zack felt bad for the villagers in this place.

Zack continued to walk and saw a cliff that was overlooking the whole Menagerie.

*Whistle* "Wow, now that is a view" Zack commented.

"Got that right, we've sacrificed a lot for this place to be like this" An unknown voice was suddenly heard behind him.

Zack looked back and saw a huge bearded buff dude with short black hair standing in front of him.

"..."

The dude went forward but Zack didn't do anything and just stared at the him.

"So what's your name sonny?" The dude asked.

"I'm…. I'm Batman" Zack said unconsciously.

"Huh? I didn't quite get that" the dude asked in confusion.

"My bad, I don't know why but I felt my body say that," Zack said while scratching at the back of his head.

"Anyway, the names Zack, Zack Fair, a motorcycle enthusiast, and a chocolate fanatic," Zack said seriously.

"..."

*Sigh* "Alright, I'm Ghira Belladonna, the current chieftain of this village, now, what is your purpose in coming here?" Ghira asked straight to the point.

"Hmm, *mumble* finally someone with no constipation *mumble*I was looking for a place to sleep and for a temporary workshop," Zack said honestly.

"What do you need a workshop for?" Ghira asked.

"I was going to start building my new bad-ass motorcycle but so far, I can't find any available shops to work for, they all have constipated looks on their faces every time I ask," Zack answered with a clueless look.

Ghira didn't answer immediately as he looked at Zack from top to bottom and asked his suspicions.

"Hmm, you look like you can hold a fight, with your posture and that chipped sword on your back, so how about a deal?" Ghira said while putting his hand on his chin.

"A deal?

"Yeah, a deal, I hire you for help as this place, half of the island is being overrun by Grimms, we need able-bodied fighters to help us"

"In exchange, I'll provide food, a place for you to sleep, and a workshop until you finish your motorcycle," Ghira proposed.

"Hmm, sound good, alright, you got yourself a deal" Zack nodded at the deal.

"Hahaha Good, now, come on, my wife is cooking tonight," Ghira said as he pulled Zack by his shoulder then left.

In the dark, numerous Whitefang members were watching as they were prepared to fight but it looks like their former leader already has everything under control, so almost all of them backed out all except for one red-haired bull faunus that was glaring at the human's back.

As Ghira and Zack arrived at the house, they were welcomed by the screaming of one girl by Zack's age and a woman that looked like an older version of the girl.

"I told you, I'm not breaking up with him!" Yelled by the girl.

"And I told you, that Taurus kid is no good for you!" Argued by the woman.

"UGHH!! I'm outta here!" answered the girl.

"COME BACK HERE BLAKE! We are not finished!" yelled by the woman as she follows her.

On the way out, they finally noticed the both of them staring at them. The girl, Blake, widened her eyes when she saw Zack but just grunted as she looked at Ghira then walked out of the house. Ghira and the woman looked at the back of Blake as she left without turning her head.

"Sorry you got to hear that Zack, our daughter is just going through puberty," Ghira said somberly.

"Umm, It's alright, I'm sure whatever she's just going through a phase so cheer up chief," Zack said as he gave a thumbs up and smiled at Ghira.

"Thanks, kid, anyway, I'd like to introduce this lovely and young lady beside me is my beautiful wife, Kali Belladonna" Ghira said, sounding a bit rehearsed for Zack's tastes.

"Ara ara, thank you for the introduction dear, and who might this young man be?" Kali asked while smoothing her frown from before.

"Ugh, this young man dear is a helper I just met, his name is Zack Fair, I'll provide him food, a place to sleep, and a workshop in exchange for his services" Ghira explaining to his wife.

"Hmmm" She narrows her yellow eyes at Zack's but all she got was a confused young man staring back at her.

"Alright, I heard from the others that the Grimms are becoming more aggressive as of late, we'll need all the help we can get, just be careful when we call upon your services Zack," Kali said after nodding at him.

"It's okay, I've handled a few Grimms in the past months I've been traveling so I'm sure I will be fine" Zack smiled while scratching the back of his head.

Ghira and Kali smiled a little at Zack's positivity.

"Alright, enough about that, it's time to eat boys," Kali said while going to the kitchen.

"' Yes Ma'am/Dear" Both of them answered.

Three days have gone by since then as Zack finally completed his new baby's blueprint. He started working on the engines first while waiting for the parts he requested from a mechanic shop.

As Zack was working for four hours straight on it, he suddenly received a call from Ghira.

"Hey, Zack, can you come down to these coordinates, some people there are being attacked by Grimms as we can't send anybody else, everyone else is either still fighting, injured, or resting at the moment" Ghira suddenly bombarded Zack asking for his help.

"Sure, but can I borrow that dusty buster sword in your armory? my sword is about to break you see," Zack inquired while showing a chipped sword on his hand.

"That sword? But that thing weighs 80 pounds, but alright, just hurry up! Call me later" Ghira said hurriedly then hung up.

"Hmm alright, let's do this, I've been itching for a fight these last few days," Zack said as he walked over the armory and picked up the buster sword, and took an ordinary motorcycle.

"Hey ma'am, I'll just go out for a while, old man Ghira's calling me!" Zack yelled from the outside the house as he already mounted upon the motorcycle with the buster sword strapped on his back.

"Alright, take care, Zack!" Kali shouted from a window.

*BROOOMM-BROOMMM* *BROOOOOMMMMMM*

Kali watched Zack as he sped away 'Is this what it feels like to have a son, I don't mind, now if only Blake would be interested with Zack, my worries for that child will be solved'.

"Kyaa!!"

"Damnit!!!"

Sounds of battle were coming at the road, four women, one girl, and seven men were being surrounded by 20 Beowolves and 5 Ursas. As time passes, the Grimms are getting closer to them as every one of them feels dread at their current situation.

"When will back-up arrive! We won't last if this continues!"

"Ghira said our back-up is already on the way!"

"Good, How many?!"

".... one"

"!!!"

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! WE NEED AT LEAST 20 MORE MEN TO DEAL WITH THIS AND HE DECIDED TO JUST SEND ONE MAN!!"

"It can't be helped, he's the only one we got"

As the men were arguing, one Beowolf got in their circle as it ran straight at a crying cat girl being hugged by her mother.

"SHIII**TT!!'

"WE WON'T MAKE IT!!"

"DAMNIT!!"

""KYAAAAA!!""

As both mother and daughter hugged each other while screaming for their lives.

A spinning big sword suddenly flew over at high speed at the Beowolf, it didn't even have the time to scream as it was bisected cleanly through but the sword didn't stop. It made an arc and ended up hitting 2 more Beowolves as it flew where it came from.

Everyone's eyes widened at that display as they never thought a big sword like that can be used that way. Even the Grimms stopped in their tracks as they heard a sound coming closer to them.

*bbbbbrrrrRROOOOOMMMMM*

They can finally make out a man riding a motorcycle as he casually caught the sword coming at him.

*ssskkkiiiidddd*

The man was wearing goggles as he stopped near the Grimms as he got off. He then brought up his goggles as he rested it at his head.

The Grimms at this point completely focused their attention on the man wearing all Black as he wields a giant sword casually in his right hand. They all felt they should get rid of this human first as their instincts are telling them he is more of a threat than these people.

*GGGRRRRRR*

*RRROOOAAARRRR!!!*

"Hey, are you guys the one old man Ghira told me about!?" Zack asked as he wanted to make sure.

"Ugh, … yeah" They were unsure about all of this especially with the casual remark of this young man in front of them.

"Cool, looks like I made just in time" Zack smiled lightheartedly at everyone.

"..."

"Alright, I should finish this first" Zack said as he readied his stance with double handling the giant sword in front of him.

"COME ON FUGLIES!!!" Zack yelled as he ran over the line-up of Grimms on his way.

*RRROOOAARR*!!!!

Zack first swung his sword horizontally at four Beowolves heads leading the pack, and just like butter they were beheaded but four more replaced them as they used the first four bodies to jump over and dived straight at Zack.

Zack seeing this grinned then using his momentum of the earlier swing he rotated his body then jumped as to meet the four Grimms in the air and just like before, they were bisected into two as he completed his second swing.

As Zack came down he suddenly then back-flip as a Beowolf tried to sneak attack him from the back.

As his feet touched the ground, he exploded with speed and his sword again bisected another one, this time from its shoulder to its waist.

Two Ursas finally ran at him at both sides and in the air, two Beowolves jumped at him as they used their claws to attack him simultaneously.

Zack was still grinning then he threw his sword to spin towards the two Beowolf then he ducked as the two Ursa's claws passed by him, he steadied his footing then came forward and punched with force at both Ursas' midsection making them lean forward as he walked passed them and catches his sword then swung at their back, bisecting them.
