I walked back to my room to see her lifeless body with the mask that was helping her breath over her nose. What I saw in her journal and Levi’s words hit me so hard. I wanted to get close to her but I was scared she would wake up and see me. 
I didn’t deserve to be close to her after all I’ve done yet I couldn’t stay away from her. 
I went to the bed and feel on my knees, the tears in my eyes had made my vision blur so I blinked to let them flow freely. 
“I’m sorry Elisa,” I mumbled, my eyes on her burnt hand….the same hand I burnt. Looking at it brought all the memories back and I fucking hated myself. I hated myself for everything I had put her through and I just wanted to put a gun to my head and pull the trigger.

"Are you sure about what you are saying?" I asked, still somewhat shocked by Demetria's revelation.

"Yes, I believe so," she replied with a confident nod. "One of my friends is the stepdaughter of Gavin Sean, and she has the exact same necklace as your wife. Turns out all the Sean females have a similar one with their names imprinted on it. And I don't know if you've noticed, but your wife looks a lot like Eli-Andrea Sean, a whole lot," she added. I couldn't help but agree with her; the resemblance was uncanny.

"Okay, I will look into it. Thank you, Demetria," I said, feeling a sense of urgency. We continued to talk for a while before the line went dead, agreeing to meet on the weekend for lunch.
