CHAPTER 21: CAZUYA MISSION PART 2

Minaro watches Iwo aggressively fight Domp, taking time to regain stamina.

"... If we kill this guy, I can just say we did it in an act of self defense."

Iwo tries to kick Domp, but he dodges and rams his shield into him, pushing back. Iwo uses his Ultimate Skill.

The floor crumbles, Domp is blown back, and everyone, and everything falls to the floor under. After the damage, Iwo runs ahead.

Jone tries to punch Bukkaru, who grabs his fist and throws him at the wall. Imma-Ite is even more stunned.

Imma-Ite: … Holy shit! You're strong!

Bukkaru turns to look at him.

Bukkaru: Yeah, of course I am, look at me!

Jone quickly stands up and tries to punch Bukkaru again, who turns back around and slaps him back to the wall.

Next, Jone wipes blood off his face. Bukkaru helps Imma-Ite up.

Imma-Ite: … If you were always this strong, why didn't you help us before?

Bukkaru: … Because I wanted to sleep, plus, this human form of mine isn't the easiest to activate.

Jone: … This is stupid, this is outrageous! I don't deserve this humiliation!

Jone runs towards Bukkaru, and throws a ton of consecutive punches. Bukkaru does the same. Hundreds of punches are thrown back and forth, and in the end, Jone receives the finishing blow, from his face, blood spews into the air.

He slams into the wall again and faints, Maya lifts her head up and is stunned upon noticing Bukkaru.

Maya: … Um?

Imma-ite: … That's Bukkaru. He's actually a really buff man.

Maya: … What the heck? How?

Imma-Ite: I don't know, but he's really strong.

Bukkaru: Maya, tie the kingpin up.

Maya rises and shoots strings around Jone, he's tied.

Bukkaru: … Let's go find everyone else, I'll answer any questions you have about me later.

Bukkaru carries Ashi and Imma-Ite on his shoulder, and grabs the string around Jone, lifting him like a suitcase.

The bar is left, and the crew is now heading to where Domp and Iwo are fighting.

A man is punching his family members to death, a white string is attached to his back. And as his unconscious body falls after the event, Rimin walks into the room where this is happening.

…

Rimin has a Skill that lets him hypnotize people weaker than him using a string.

"... I'll kill a bunch of people, they won't know I did it, they'll blame the Skiller."

A stranger walks into the room Rimin is in after hearing the commotion. He glances at the person and holds his katana up.

"Total Takeover."

A white string comes out of the blade which pierces the stranger.

Rimin: … Go and beat anyone you see to death, except for me.

The stranger looks soulless, he walks out of the room in search of victims. Rimin pulls out a phone and leaves the area.

Doa and Rinka exit the underground. Rinka's got a knocked-out Sodrin on his back. The two spot the building in which Domp and Iwo are fighting.

Doa: … Do you think we'll have to pay for all that destruction?

Rinka: I hope not.

They begin sprinting.

Iwo uses his Ultimate Skill three more times, the floor and walls break even more, and now Domp's shield is protecting him from all damage. Iwo attempts to punch him, he dodges it and strikes back.

Iwo moves and kicks Domp's side. He breathes quickly and creates several spikes made of steel, which Iwo blocks with a wall of stone

"... This guy's energy is crazy, I can't tell if he's tired yet."

Iwo makes his way to Domp. Domp makes a sword out of light and swings it at his enemy. He dodges the movements and kicks Domp in the face.

Domp makes a hammer next and starts swinging it around, Iwo runs, dodging it, he then uses his Ultimate Skill another time and blows the floor up, launching Domp towards a wall. Domp finally doesnt stand back up quickly and looks tired. Iwo runs towards him and is about to crush him with a giant rock he just formed. However, suddenly, several steel spikes appear and start to fill the room up. Plus, it catches Minaro off guard and he's on course to be stabbed.

Additionally, from the outside, and the perspective of the townspeople, the biggest building in the city was covered and impaled by tons of big, steel spikes. Rinka and the others look worried as they realize Minaro's up there.

But before he could get hurt, Iwo jumps in to save him, and, seconds later, a majority of the spikes disappear, Iwo has been impaled by several, yet he's still alive. Domp is holding him by the neck.

Minaro's elsewhere, watching baffled.

"... Iwo, he saved me."

Domp: … Look at you now! Don't you feel stupid!?

Iwo sighs.

Iwo: Nah, not at all.

He promptly seizes Domp's neck, and they choke each other.

Iwo: … H- hey, Minaro. I got my arm and leg stabbed to save you, you owe me!

Minaro: You're stupid. Why would you do that?

Iwo: I was gonna get hit anyways!

Minaro doesn't respond. Domp raises his hand, getting ready to kill Iwo. But he quickly uses his Ultimate Skill again, and launches both himself and Domp in opposite directions.

Iwo: … Look man, I'm gonna die if I continue to fight. So if I do die, promise me you'll kill this guy. I'll fight until my very end though.

Domp makes another scythe and tries to hit Minaro, Iwo quickly creates a wall of rocks to protect him.

Minaro: … Okay, I'll kill him.

Rinka and Doa spot Bukkaru, Maya, Ashi and Imma-Ite while running, they glance at each other and get closer, and start to talk.

Imma-Ite: Hey! You guys are heading to the battle over there, right?

Doa: Yeah!

Maya: … Do not question why there's a big, buff man with us!

Rinka: I will. Who is that?

Bukkaru: It's me, Bukkaru!

Doa: … The- the cat!?

Maya: Yeah! Did you not know this, isn't he your cat?

Doa: Yes, but he's never turned into a man before!

Bukkaru hands Ashi to Imma-Ite, then turns back into a cat.

Maya: Oh. He's a cat again.

Bukkaru meows.

Imma-Ite: … We can't understand him anymore.

Bukkaru meows twice, and suddenly Doa can understand him.

Doa: … Oh! He just said that his human form tires him, so he turned back into a cat!

Maya: You can understand him now?

Another meow.

Doa: … He says that he telepathically picks who understands him.

Maya: Cool.

…

Rimin is staring at his phone.

"... Almost twenty deaths, that is definitely enough to get them arrested. Maybe even executed!"

He reminds himself of why he hates the Skillers.

…

At the age of 20, Rimin's two sisters were killed while walking down the street by the infamous Nunda, The Void Murderer.

He was a mass murderer with the Skill known as "The Void", and he would either brutally beat his victims or stab them to death. Nunda was also known to be very sadistic and would often play around with his victims before finishing them off.

Rimin's sisters were found beaten to the point of being unrecognizable, this meant that they most likely suffered, which made Rimin angrier than sadder.

Once Nunda was caught after 3 days of nonstop genocide, and was executed, information on him was released and it was confirmed that he was part of the infamous group of killers, "The Skillers."

Rimin couldn't avenge his sisters by killing Nunda himself. So he decided he would avenge them by killing every Skiller, as they are the ones who allowed Nunda to even be a part of this world for longer than he deserved.

Rimin tears up a little.

"They'll pay."

He holds his phone with a picture of him and his two sisters close to his chest.

Iwo's blood splatters everywhere, Domp gets hit in the arm by a rock pillar. They're both starting to get slower and slower with each attack.

Minaro: Stop fighting, dude. you're actually gonna die!

Iwo: I'm well aware of that! I don't care, my only goal in life now is to kill these people and destroy every underground ring!

Domp: … So you're the guy who's been destroying all our rings and killing my workers! I'm glad I'm finally getting to end you.

Iwo: … My only purpose is this mission. And I'm really close to completing it. But I'm definitely gonna die, so I'm leaving the last part of the mission to you! And I'd rather me die, than you. You've got a long life ahead of you, and a lot of goals probably, I only have one goal!

Minaro: … A- are you sure? I tried to kill you yesterday!

Iwo cries out angrily.

Iwo: Stop mentioning that shit! What happened yesterday is part of the past! Today, you've shown me a better side of you, the fact you were willing to help me with this mission, is enough for me. Not really, but who cares, I just wanna impact someone's life in some sort of way!

Iwo uses his Ultimate Skill at its full power for the last time, the floor and walls of the room blow up, and he bolts for Domp, his hand covered in rocks and a pillar.

Domp reacts by creating a larger shield and spawning more spikes. The spikes tear through Iwo's face, his hand slams into Domp, but thanks to the shield he's not severely affected. Only one of his arms breaks.

Iwo's head is completely ripped open. He's dead. Domp laughs while grabbing his broken arm and creating an extra shield.

Domp: What a way to waste your life!

Minaro: … Was it really a waste though?

Minaro's moving.

Minaro: He whittled your whole life down, and now I'M gonna kill you!

He spawns a quasar in his palm, and runs towards Domp. Domp can't move anymore, all his energy is gone.

Minaro: … You WILL pay for all the pain you've caused! I'll make you suffer!

Minaro strikes him multiple times, hurling him across the room repeatedly. Then, he begins to stomp on Domp's head until he's unconscious, and readies to finally end him. However, lightning flies by, and Domp is grabbed by Rinka.

Rinka: Hey, Minaro, no killing remember!

Minaro's surprised, he sighs, and his quasar fades. The rest of the gang appears at the entrance, staring.

Imma-Ite: … Damn.

Rinka puts Domp on the floor, Maya grabs and wraps strings around him. Next, Rinka notices Iwo's torn body on the bloody mess of spikes.

He's horrified, eyes open wide, and fast breathing taking over. Several memories of his family's corpses flash through his head. He looks away from the mess.

Imma-Ite: … Oh man, at least we did what he wanted us to do, right? We completed the mission.

Minaro: … We should probably hurry up and leave this town. We need to turn these guys in.

Rinka: … Yeah, let's go.
