CHAPTER 52: Little Child (Part 2)

I'm not sure anymore if what I see are just hallucinations or some kind of crazy visions.

"Adrian would never think twice about me, he despises me for real. And you're just something from the past that is too pathetic to the point you thrive on an unhealed wound" I spit the words at him, praying that it will dissolve to nothing in front of my eyes.

"What about me? Am I pathetic too?" I direct my attention to where the childish voice is coming from which is behind Adrian.

It's her, that's her again!

I thought I would never see her, but here she is, just like the last time I saw her. Beautiful, innocent and angelic.

"Do you really believe that your younger self is not real? Look at her closely, then look me into my eyes and tell me honestly if you think that we're not real for you, Jessy" Adrian says with a smirky tone. But I'm too focused on her.
