Happy Children
"Ne~~ Let's play!"
Q tugs Rui's clothes as he urge her to play with him. His current attire is similar to his clothes seen the memory. A mini hat in a diagonal position of his head. He wears a white shirt and suspenders with a black coat with a scarf around the neck, along with shorts with thin red stripes, and brown shoes with high white socks that reach their calves. He had the 09 DOLLARS insignia on his tongue (after seeing the insignia on other members, he thinks that Decim was the coolest). Q also carries a sling bag with an animal picture and carries the doll vital to his ability.
"If you two wants to play, go with Mikoto-san. If not for the fact that he goes to school, I would suspect that he will become one with the sofa."
Decim interjected suggesting to let the two of them pull away Mikoto from procrastinating in the bar. Q and Rui look at each other after affirming each other's intention, the move to the other sofa occupied by Mikoto.
"Mikoto-san, let's play~"
"Mikoto."
Mikoto who was woken up by the two children stare blankly for awhile. He got up and fixed his hair and clothes.
"Where?"
"Hmm... Amusement Park."
Rui replies as she holds Q's hands. She's 1 year older than Q, she somehow started to act like his older sister before she realize it.
Mikoto took her hand and the connected trio made their way out of DOLLARS. Decim who was left along with Mitsutada suddenly remember about Izaya's news last time saying the Special Division should have checked the area where Mikoto unleash the Sword of Damocles.
"Will they be okay?"
"They should be fine. Mikoto didn't do any real damage so even if the Special Division caught on them, they don't have any crime to get arrested for."
This is true. Despite Mikoto's Ability file being faked, it can be reason as not being able to control that much before or something. The flame like Ability is indeed present, so Special Division can only, at most, update Mikoto's danger level.

Suribachi City, Yokohama Foreign Settlement
Nakahara Chuuya is currently preparing to go to Port Mafia today. He look one last time at Suribachi City and exhales. He remember the last moment before passing out. The girl certainly calls him "Arahabaki". That secret should only be known to few but some little girl somehow knows his origin. Moreover, her speech was certain instead of an inquiring one. There's also the writing in the middle of Suribachi City, rumors claims that the sword that appear that day was the one responsible for that strange marking.
Chuuya scratches his head and try not to think about it. He stand up and turn his back to the city that he was born.
"Port Mafia... I hope that leader has what I'm looking for."

"This strawberry crepe is so delicious!"
"Um. Banana crepe is also good. But if it's Mitsu-san's, it's definitely better."
Rui agreed with but still prefer Mitsutada's cooking. Katsuki's food is also good but he didn't like sweets. Sanemi rarely cooks but if he did, he always makes ohagi.
Mikoto on the side was drinking canned coffee as he continue to follow. Q suddenly tug his shirt.
"Mikoto-san~ I want that!"
Q points at an amusement park staff in bear mascot handing out balloons. Mikoto holds the two children's hands on both side and walks towards the place. Q and Rui receive their balloons, Q got a green one while Rui takes orange.
Q's character is largely different from the original. In the original story line, Mori Ogai decided to let him use his Ability to see if its useable. Q who doesn't have much control ended up torturing both enemies and allies alike. He was later put under Dazai's care and was thought to put a bandage in his arms with sharp razor blades entangled together to make it easier fulfilling the requirements for his ability. After a repetitive failure of properly selecting the targets when activating Ability, he was put to confinement. This led him to develop a twisted and sadistic nature wanting to get "revenge" on anyone.
The current Q only need to be a happy boy. Whether he wants to use his Ability or not is up to him. Rui and Q happily play like normal children with Mikoto following them around. Today is also a happy day.

Port Mafia, Yokohama
"Odasaku! Is you job finished? Are we going there today?"
"It's Oda, Oda Sakunosuke. Not Odasaku, Dazai."
"It's fine! Odasaku comes out smoother in the mouth~"
Dazai Osamu recently got interested to Oda Sakunosuke, a lower level mafia who doesn't kill. The more he uncover this man's character, the more interest he feels. They are currently frequently visiting an underground bar together. Those times were rare relaxed moments that he had since joining Port Mafia.
Oda was a little curious what did Dazai see in him. Unlike he who's only a lower level in Mafia, Dazai was a promising newbie that started at a high position as soon as joining. The two continues as they reach their destination, Lupin.

"We're back!"
Q, Rui and Mikoto was welcomed in DOLLARS after playing all day. Mikoto buried himself on the sofa again. Nagito, Izaya, Katsuki, Decim and Mitsutada are the ones present in the bar.
"It's about time to open, are you sleeping upstairs tonight? Or go home?"
"Mikoto looks so tired so just stay here tonight."
Decim nods in agreement. Well, at least this lazy bug accompanied Rui and Q all day.
"You two better take bath first. You play all day, right? Also Mikoto! As an adult, you're the one who's suppose to show example!"
"Well~ Well~ Don't get angry too much, Kat-chan. I heard that people who often get angry get older faster."
"Shut it, idiot Izaya! Who's going to get older faster?!"
"The subject change too fast, you two."
"Nagito / Nagi-chin can shut up."
"That's cruel."
Nagito says so but his expression remains nonchalant. Mikoto was finally push out of the sofa by Mitsutada and walks upstairs with Rui and Q.
After bathing, Rui knocks on Sanemi's door. Sure enough, Sanemi was present and currently checking his phone.
"What wrong?"
"Well, I'm just checking a few information about the collection for slums on CROWDS."
Several tasks on CROWDS involves collection of old/unused things. Like sending out extra clothes or things that was about to be thrown away. These are to be send to slum. Because slums are too dangerous to let CROWDS members to personally go, these things were left at various places to be pick up. Sanemi is the one doing these and store them away to various warehouses that Izaya prepared.
"Slums... Those kids are doing fine when Sanemi visit last time."
"Ah. But that guy will appear to Yokohama in few months..."
Sanemi's words made Rui remember the next plot that will happen become quiet. Shibusawa Tatsukihiko is a rare Gifted that will truly endanger her. She doesn't know what kind of effect will happen when her Ability is pulled away or if her avatar enters the fog. Q's ability is also a great danger. During that time, all of them will probably have to hole themselves up in DOLLARS under the shield of Mikoto's power. But those jewels... Ah. She wants.
