What is worth more?

In the ancient days when the gods of good, the gods of evil, and their messengers were still visible to human eyes (for the bandages of skepticism and disbelief had not yet completely clouded the knowledge of the people) there was an assembly where the objective The main thing was to find the most valuable treasure in the world which had been hidden a long time ago for this reason both sides agreed to send their respective messengers in search of said object.

They sent their messengers to bring the greatest and most beautiful treasures of the earth and then weigh them in the divine balance which has always been accurate, fair and impartial, whoever found the greatest treasure would have the right to claim it for himself, AND In this way, the messengers of both sides searched all the allowed territory until they found a treasure with which their respective authority is pleased.

In this way, the stipulated time passed, one is more, both sides met at the meeting point, thus arriving at the moment in which both leaders would present the treasures found before the divine balance whose impartiality was trustworthy.

The dark side presented (very confidently I would like to add) lots and lots of precious stones and metals -the best that this earth can offer-commented arrogantly the leader of those beings -I am sure that the divine balance will give me the reason- He continued saying and as if it were a sign the balance gave its verdict, it was certainly very valuable.

The corners of the mouth of the leader of the light beings raised slightly making the gesture of a smile, seeing the smug face of his adversary looked like a person with his victory assured one hundred percent, and although his treasure presented was truly impressive it was not the greatest treasure the world could offer.

The airs of the greatness of the dark leader stopped abruptly when he saw the face of his adversary since it did not bode well for him and his people, unfortunately for him, his theory could soon be confirmed since it was the turn of the other side to show the found treasure that which in his opinion was the most valuable that could be found on the face of the earth.

They presented an old man who seemed to have all the years in the world in him, with great agility (at least for someone older like him who used a cane) he stepped on the scale by himself and he immediately gave his verdict of course the disbelief spilled over in waves by the losing side.

How is it possible that a simple one is more valuable than a pile of jewels?

End.

Proverbs 20:15

There is gold and a multitude of precious stones, But prudent lips are a precious jewel.
