After school, Jack goes back to the old Taoist's home.

As Jack walked through the park, he heard a conversation between two schoolgirls sitting on a bench.

A: You know what? Maria of class F dated Paul of our class yesterday. B: Of course I know. Paul spent hundreds of dollars... A: The day before yesterday, Maria quarreled with her boyfriend and went out to play with Paul. B: Paul is a fool.

Jack heard the word "fool" as if he were talking about himself. He was angry. He wanted to hit the tree with his fist. But he soon calmed down, he just left in silence.

Jack is surprised to find that he can't control himself in ordinary times. But now, he found himself much more at peace.

Jack goes back to the old Taoist's home. He comes to the fitness room. Sure enough, the old Taoist is here. He said, " Mr. Liu, what do you teach me today?"

We regard Laozi as the ancestor of Taoism, and Laozi's most important work is the Tao Te Ching. The so-called "Tao" is the origin of all things and the law of life. The so-called "Virtue" is whether human beings can follow this law. The old Taoist said: "Tao Te Ching": For I am abstracted from the world, the world from nature, nature from the way, and the way from what is beneath abstraction.

If you want to love nature, why not be vegetarian? Say Jack.

All religions are great, but many places with religious beliefs have high crime rates. In China, there are many cases of sticking to vegetarianism all their lives, but ended up with miserable fate. Said the old Taoist: the reason is that he didn't follow the way of nature. You'll understand later.

With that, the old Taoist performed Jeet kune do and then worked out with Jack.

In the evening, Jack was tired of reading. Then the old Taoist came in and took him to the fitness room.

I'd like to tell you about t'ai chi ch'uan tonight. Shadowboxing is a traditional Chinese boxing which combines both internal and external cultivation and combines hardness and softness through Daoism and tuina. Said the old Taoist.

Then the Taoist priest demonstrated several basic movements of Taijiquan, and Jack followed suit. Half an hour later, the old Taoist asked Jack to practice five senses.

At ten o'clock in the evening, the old Taoist asked Jack to go to bed. Jack used to feel lonely, but now he feels his life has become full.

Before going to sleep, Jack thought, I need to know something about China. Suddenly, his right index finger skipped.

Accompanied by the Oscars, he soon fell asleep.
