Side story: Gruul the elven brute

After everything went black #B1 woke up to find himself in the stomach of his mother. He already figured that he was about to be born. It took a week until he was born and he was able to figure out where he had reincarnated.

It didn't take long for him to figure out, he was an elf. A bloody elf, he had been extremely surprised when he found out but managed to hold it in.

His new family was part of a group of nomads that had been drawn out of their city a year before he was born due to some of the dungeon monsters created a horde and took over the city.

There now existed many nomads that had been driven out by dungeon monsters that had become too powerful. Their group had about fifty members.

He however didn't really care about that, the things he cared about in the story were about dungeons. To him, dungeons sounded like trials of battle because if you killed a strong dungeon monster you would get a skill book.

He was at first confused by the term dungeon but quickly shrugged it off as weird elven slang. He as a former orc only cared about two things, battles, and treasures.

So when he turned two he started to see how he could use muscle manipulation and was surprised to find how useful it was. In his weak elf baby form, he was still able to crush objects if he used his power.

The other elves however were extremely surprised by the baby, he had shown surprisingly high amounts of intelligence. When they watched him crush objects they saw the child's muscles growing at a speed that shouldn't be possible for a child his age. They started to see him as a born fighter and saw him as a chosen warrior by the gods.

#B1 began to call himself Gruul and said that it was a name chosen by the gods. When he turned five he heard of a creature known as the demon king and shrugged it off but as the days passed and he heard more and more about it he grew interested.

The elves however seeing Gruul interested in the demon king put the pieces together they fought that he was one of the chosen heroes that would slay the demon king.

When he turned ten the nomads reluctantly gave him to an elven city wanting him to have a better life then live as a nomad.

One time he beat up some thugs that were bothering him in the middle of a street. Rumors spread quickly in the city about an elven child that was stronger than an adult and he was quickly adopted by a former mercenary.

The mercenary saw a lot of potential in this child due to his extreme strength and took him under his wing. After this, he trained Gruul for five years.

During these years Gruul had come to like this old man due to him being a former warrior. Due to orcs always fighting they often died in fights but those few who became too old to fight and retired were respected by all orcs.

When Gruul became twenty he chose to go and kill these demons. He had become quite irritated by how demons fought. They often killed people in their sleep and usually avoided fighting at close range but still chose to kill.

He as many orcs before him always wanted to fight face to face with the opponent and therefore was disgusted by the demons for avoiding those thrilling battles and ending it while the victim was asleep.

So he went on a journey to the closest demon outpost and began slaughtering the demons. It was hard at first but after getting used to their sneak attacks and battling with the demon brutes he finally came to the leader's room.

The highest-ranked demon in this outpost was a simple demon giant. As he went into the room he charged the demon giant expecting it to be easy but just as he got close he flew back.

Seeing his attack was ineffective he started using his muscle manipulation to the max seeing that the opponent was worthy.

His appearance was that not of an elf but more of a giant barbarian. His muscles were extremely big while the only thing he wore was a peer of ripped pants.

The demon giant surprised with the change jumped at him and punched at him. The demon giants punch had extreme strength but Gruul caught the punch with his hands with bulging muscles. Then he delivered a devastating punch back right to the face but the demon still fought on.

The battle lasted for one day until he was finally able to deliver a fatal punch to the skull causing massive head injuries. Gruul was extremely happy this battle was the most exciting thing he had ever experienced so he continued going from demon outpost to outpost.
