Diamond's POV
I'm worried about Spark, lately all he's been doing is training. "Spark, please tell me whats wrong" i said "Nothing is wrong, i'm just upset" he said frowning "Spark... i know you're mad about what Storm did, but please calm down" i said "where's my Spark? the one i love" i asked "i don't know, i don't even know what i'm feeling right now" he said "oh, well i want to help you be happy again" i said giving him a kiss. "thanks Jewels" he said, this whole experience brought us closer together. "i'm going to the market to check in on the locals, want to come?" he asked "sure" i replied. I hopped on his back, and he brought us to the market area. "Oh hey Spark, how you holding up?" a townspokemon said "i'm dead inside (heh emo Spark XD)" Spark replied, making me sad "Oh....................... i hope you feel better soon?" the pokemon said "me too" Spark replied "Spark please lighten up. The world isn't against you" i said "it really is, you are the greatest thing to happen to me in a looooooong time" he said, i blushed a bit hearing that "i know this, but please. I love you, and i hate that you are feeling this way" i said "well, there's not much you can do. I love you as well. More than you think, but until this whole situation blows over, there isn't much you can do" Spark replied "i want to help, in anyway i can" i said "HEY, YOU TWO SHOULD KISS!!!" someone yelled. My face was so red, Sparks was too. "HEY SHUT UP" Spark yelled back, and the other pokemon started laughing. "has anyone here been recrutid by Storm. Or rather, has Storm tried to recruite anyone here?" Spark yelled, he got replies such as "nah" "nope" "never" "i'd attack him if he tried" "no", etc. "good, you all know were to find us" he said "so come to me or Diamond if Storm tries anything. SPREAD THIS NEWS TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY" Spark yelled "gotcha" everyone replied.
Spark's POV
i warned everyone, then Diamond said "Spark i'm worried about you. I want you to keep your sanity". "Yes Jewels i know, i just.... i just want to make sure you don't get hurt" i said "i don't know what i'd do if you got hurt, or if anything and i mean ANYTHING happened to you. I just really love you" i said "awww, i love you too Sparky" Diamond said. "well well well, hello Sparky boy" Someone said "what do yo-, oh my gosh!" i said "Blackout, Juniper (reference to like 30 somethin chapters ago). How long has it been?" i asked "about 5 years" Blackout (and Umbreon) said giving me a noogie "yeah we haven't seen you since dad died. btw are you gonna introduce us to your girlfriend here?" Juniper (a Leafeon) said hugging me and hoping to embarrass me "hahaha, you can't embarrass me Juniper. We're... dating, Blackout and Juniper meet Diamond" i said "Diamond, meet Blackout and Juniper, my older brother and sister". "hello, nice to meet Sparky's siblings" Diamond said "not to meet you Diamond, i assume Spark already gave you a nickname?" Blackout said "yup, first it was Di. Now it's Jewels" Diamond said "awwwwwwwwwwwwww, great name" Juniper said "thanks" i said "i came up with it while i was highly energized after i broke my leg". Blackout and Juniper looked at each other like "oh brother" "did he have sparks coming off him when he ran?" they asked "yeah, did he break his leg before?" Diamond asked "oh, many times, he's a stupid risk taker" Blackout said "guilty as charged" i said smiling "oh, well i love him just the same" she said giving me a kiss. "awwwwww" Juniper said "my little bro is all grown up. *tch* awwww" Blackout said "funny, never took you for an "awwww" kinda guy Blackout, Juniper definately, but not you" i said "besides, i have an enemy. Storm an evil Luxray who said dad was still alive" i said "huh?" Blackout remarked spraying the water he was drinking "what?" Juniper said "i'll tell you more when we get to..... hey do you two have a place to stay while you're in town?" i asked (NO, they are NOT dating, this isn't Alabama. They live in two different regions, they met up in Galar to make a surprise visit on Spark, i may be messed up in the head but not THAT messed up) "ummm no, i was planning on returning to Gavin in Sinnoh right after visiting home" Juniper said "same here, i was planning on going back to Amity" Blackout said "We come stay at our place" Diamond said
Diamond's POV
As we walked back Blackout said "Hey Lightning, hows about a battle for old times sake?". "Sure, why not, ooooh plus i can show you my new special move" Sparky said "oOoOoOoh, new move? i thought you loved the move Discharge" Juniper said "oh, and count me in" she said. When we got home Juniper cooked up some spicy curry and pasta. "wow, so this is where Sparky learned to cook" i said trying the curry. "yeah, i taught him to cook about 10 years ago" Juniper said. "I taught him how to battle, with Dad's help" Blackout said "i was his opponent, i always beat my little bro" he said "i doubt you'll beat me now" Spark said grinning. I'm happy his sibling are visiting, he's back to his old self for now. "OoOoOoOoh big words from a small pokemon" Blackout said "boys boys. take it to the court" i said "you got a battle field?" Blackout asked "nah, but there's one in the middle of town" i said "oh, see you there" Blackout said and ran off "Spark, he's almost faster than you" Juniper said "HA, the old me maybe" Spark said and bolted (hehe. never gonna get old XD) off. Juniper stayed with me. "soooo, we gonna catch up with them soon?" i asked "meh, boys will be boys" Juniper said. As we walked Juniper asked "so how has Spark been?". "to be honest? not good, Storm forcced a ditto to look like your dad Voltage. When Spark used him new move on Storm the forks of lightning hit the ditto. Something inside Spark snapped. He's been really broken up bout it ever since. it's been like a week" i said. "btw how old are you and Blackout?" i asked "i'm 22, Blackout is 26" she said. we got to the battle field and Spark yelled "WHAT TOOK SO LONG?" and he laughed. "Spark i'm going beat you just like old times" Blackout said. "oh ho ho, i'll battle for fun the first match, then i'll win two matches in a row without healng, after all..." Spark said "i'm much faster and stronger than you." he said "and, after all i have a reputation to uphold" . And the battle was on.
Battle one- (ugh, am i really gonna do this? ................................................................................................................................................................ yes, yes i am) Spark started off with charge, Blackout used Dark pulse. Spark was at 22%. "damn, Blackout's powerful" i said "hmph, we all are, we were trained by Voltage" Juniper said. Spark used Thunder Scythe, but instead of using it on Blackout he threw it in the air. "nice move, lemme show you mine" Blackout said using a move called Darkness blade (65 power, physical attack, hits twice, high crit hit ratio. 15 pp), Spark dodges both of the attacks. "huh? man you're are much faster then last time" Blackout said. "do you have one of those moves?" i asked juniper "yup, mine is Mega tree blade (110 power, physical, hits then shatters raining spinters on other enemies, 15 damage per splinter. 2-5 splinters will affect the other pokemon, 15 pp) we can only learn it during extremely emotional times" she said. Spark used thunderbolt, but not on Blackout, but on the Scythe to power it up. "nighty night" Blackout said and finished him off Snarl
Battle two- (keep in mind the Scythe is still in the air, it doesn't dissipate until it hits a solid object). Spark used charge, Blackout used Psychic on Spark knocking him away. Spark (at 51% health leaped into the air, grabbed the Scythe, spun like a tire, and hit Blackout point blank. "damn, one-shot, nice hit kid" Blackout said "thank you good sir"
I called hunter and everyone else over "Spark's battling a new powerful opponent" i said "who?" Hunter asked "his brother" i replied. When they got here Amber yelled "OH NO SOMEONE'S HURTING SPARK" and ran to him. Blackout who was dashing forward with Darkness blade had to retarget and ended up slicing a tree in half. It hit a house "SORRY" Blackout yelled. "Amber what were you thinking" Spark said "this guy was hu-" she started "oh, hello I'm Blackout. Spark Brother" Blackout said "ohhh, sorry" she said and ran back to Hunter tackling him in the process. "Hey Flare did you know Lightning had siblings?" i asked him "yup, i called them here to cheer Spark up" he said "awwww, what a good friend you are" Eclipse said. "hey mate, haven't seen you in a while" Hunter said hugging Juniper "yeah mate, whos your two girlfriends?" she asked. "WHAT?!?!" Hunter yelled getting red "hehe, good one.... uh i don't know your name" Amber said "Well mate, this is Eclipse my girlfriend and this is Amber my "sister" he said "hello, i'm Juniper" she said "hello" all four(Ness, Aurora, Amber, and Eclipse) said "i'm Ness, this is Aurora" Ness said "oh hello, you dating" she asked "yup, Spark helped me deal with Storm a while back" Ness said "and i'm Lightning's biggest fan" Aurora said. Still wearing his old cap "Oh? where'd you get his signature cap?" Jupiter asked "he gave it to me for my b-day" Aurora said.
Spark ran home got his cap and goggles. "HOEN CHAMPION i CHALLENGE YOU" Spark yelled. The silly smile faded from his face and he became serious "i accept your challenge" Blackout said. "woah woah woah woah woah, CHAMPION" Aurora yelled "yeah, Spark's champion of Galar, Unova, and Kanto. I'm Champion of Sinnoh. And Blackout's Champion of Hoen" Juniper said "oosfriuwahaoene e fyehfor sfdvavb rserflioasj. vrsufog s efusi ohfoseifb? ducyhwef sduuho sefag foeygsiy!!!! rsif ghseo... <3 oe uefo woifdjb fksjrbgs!" Aurora said "i agree with most of what you said, " Ness said "you understood that?" Spark said after he walked over "totally, i mean i am able to read minds, i know exactly what she meant, though i feel uncomfortable translating (heh, gotta a keep it pg13)" Ness said. I shivered i think i know what that means. "you ok there Jewels?" Spark asked "yeah i'm fine" i said. "SPARK!!!!" Blackout yelled "i know you're scared, but stop stalling". "ohhhhh ho ho, you are on" Spark said
The BATTLE- Spark started off with charge. Blackout used snarl. (Spark 74.87% health) Spark used thunderbolt, and got the paralysis off. Blackout negated the paralysis off with sheer willpower, and used double team. Spark switched to AOE (area of effect) Thunder Scythe which sent two mini scythes around him, it hit all the clones and Blackout (60.67% health). Blackout used snarl again (30% health) crit hit. "URG" Spark groaned. Spark used single target Thunder Scythe and won the battle with a returning crit hit.
"good match bro" Blackout said silly smile returning. "good match" Spark said.
Juniper's POV
"you should come back to grotto forest Juniper" Flare called "why?" i asked "because Spark isn't doing well... mentally" He said "ok, i'll be right there" i said. i ran to Hoen, to pick up Blackout "Juniper, what the fuck are you doing here?" Blackout asked "look, i know we haven't been on the best term since dad died. I mean i accused you of not trying to go with them, and you did the same to me" i said "yeah and? what's your point?" he asked "Spark's mental health isn't doing well for some mysterious reason" i said "Flare called". "oh fiiiiiiiine, lemme get my infloata shoes" he said. His own invention, helps people walk on water. but only lightweight pokemon. As we walked Black asked "so did Flare explain?". "not really, something about a Ditto?" i said. we contintued the walk-errr- Float in silence. When we got there i spotted him and said "well well well, hey Sparky boy". we all caught up on life, Spaark challenged Blackout to a championship match. He won, blah blah blah. then he challenged me, to a friendly battle, then halfway through realized he hates battling girls, and surrendered. "hehe, sorry for the boring match" Spark said to the crowd of people. "awwww" they said. "let's get home, i'll make poffins" i said "while you, Spark, explain why the FUCK you're so down and depressed lately" i scolded my younger brother. His goofy smile faded away to a frown. "how'd you know?" he asked "Flare called us over" i said "oh, well i guess i could explain" he said "but ONLY if you make your world famous poffins, and spaghetti". "deal" i said. when we got back i got to work. "So, i got a letter about a week and a half ago it said Dad was alive. I ran out the door and ran to bolt mountain and cleared my head, the sparks there help me think. I came back locked myself in my room. I got another three days later telling me to meet at a location. i ran there and found Storm and Dad. I thought it really was dad. Storm threatened to Kill Voltage if i tried to battle him so i backed off. I ran back and locked my room again. Jewels convinced me to keep Storm from recruiting members to Team Geostorm, so i ran to the market and found Storm recruiting someone, i threw my scythe and the forked lightning hit Voltage. Now if you remember dad's ability was Volt absorb. So i knew the Voltage was a ditto" His tail (yes tail, not stubble, he's special remember, he has a lightning bolt taik) flicked with rage "I attacked Storm..." he said "i can show you if you'd follow me" he said bringing us to a log "Jewels look away" he said. and proceded to beat the shit out of the log. "oh.... oh wow" Blackout said "remind me not to get into a battle with you when you're angry" he said. "anyway, i've been angry sad. and all the negative emotions, until you got here" he said smiling "well, dinner's ready" i said and we all ate
