Five Star Restaurant

We all stared blankly at Akari as she sat on the opposite end of the table from us. She said she knew a cheap place to get food and had brought us to one of the nicest restaurants I had ever seen.

"I appreciate you paying for all of our meals but can you really afford this?" I asked, looking at how all the silverware seemed so elegant.

Akari gave me a confused look, "I wouldn't have brought you here if I couldn't afford it."

That was a fair enough answer for everyone here. We all relaxed a little until realizing just how out of place we were. While almost everyone at the restaurant was wearing nice clothes all we were wearing was torn and battered adventurer outfits. We also had to leave our weapons outside because to nobody's surprise, you can't bring weapons into a restaurant.

"So what's your instructor like?" Akio asked, breaking the ice.

"I don't really know much about him despite how long I've been with him. He doesn't open up about his past much." Akari said.

Before any of us could say anything, the waiter brought us our food. Describing it as elegant didn't do the food enough justice. Whoever these chefs were had to be the best of the best. Thanks to this, I kind of wanted a chef in my guild now.

"I don't even know where to begin." Alice said, staring at her food with wide eyes.

Akari let out a small laugh at our reactions to the food, "are you going to eat it or not?"

We snapped out of our daze and looked at her with thankful eyes. Her face turned red from embarrassment and quickly turned her head away to avoid eye contact.

"Thank you." We all said, finally eating the food we were given.
