It's the year 2280. Airborne particles were invented with the intent to eradicate diseases but instead they become radioactive, toxic and severely deadly to anyone who breathes in even a tiny amount.

Beyond Earth

"Mum, I want cookies," Alison stated and mum quickly turned in the bed to grab one of the pack of cookies on the nightstand, handing it to Alison while tucking a lock of her hair behind her ear.

"Mum, I want cookies," Zeke mimicked and mum was about to grab one for him before realizing he was mimicking Alison and shook her head at him instead. "You've been eating that since we got here. Are you not tired?" he asked and she gave him a dirty look while dad pushed him off the bed with his foot. He let out a yelp as he hit the floor and Alison grinned as he got up, clicking his tongue, before he went to sit next to mum.

I let out a yawn as I rubbed my eyes and dad moved the blanket up to cover me. "Are you sleepy?" he asked and I shook my head before yawning again while he smiled at me.

"I'm sleeping here too," Alison said as she rolled on top of me and I instantly rolled her off.
