"Well, well, well. Look what the cat dragged in," the person sitting in the chair next to me said as I turned to face them and I blinked in surprise when I saw who it was.

It was Shank... well, her name was actually Carina. She had been with Lorenzo and Viviana at the supercentre Faye, Clareta, Daniel and I went to get groceries from when the outbreak started. She tried to convince us to go with them but we had been waiting for Cassandra so we declined.

"Oh, hi Carina," I said, a little bit shocked at seeing her, and she grinned at me as she twirled a flick knife in her hand. I had sort of guessed that she was going to be here because Lorenzo and Viviana were here but I was still surprised.

"Hi Shank," Alison said as she took a bite from her chocolate muffin and I glanced at her, wondering how she knew Carina, before I remembered that Mitomi took them on a tour yesterday when I was asleep. She probably met her then.
