Good Morning, World! Enter Alyx Leonidus!

I opened my eyes and found myself staring up at a ceiling. A fan slowly spun and hummed as the blades went around and around. Birds chirped outside as the sun was rising, I sat up in an unfamiliar room as I stared out of the window. Where am I? Better yet, who am I? I don't remember a single thing at all, why, why can't I remember anything? My door opened and a woman peeked her head into the room.

"Alyx, sweetheart, are you- Oh! You are awake, how's your head, honey? Are you feeling okay?" The woman wondered.

I looked up at the woman, "Oh...Yeah! I'm fine, I think?"

"Are you sure, sweetheart? You seem a bit foggy." She asked.

"I'm just having a bit of a migraine, that's all." I replied.

I didn't want to tell her, whoever she was, what happened. I'm not sure how I would put it. She started to look a bit worried.

"Well, do you have everything packed? I can get you some Tylenol from downstairs if you'd like." She told me.

"What for? And, yes please." I responded.

She tilted her head, "We're going to Japan, don't you remember? Your Father and I told you this a few days ago!"

Well, looks like I've figured out who this woman was, and my name as well.

"Oh, right! I must've forgot... I've got everything packed!" I told her.

My Mother nodded and left my room. At least I made sure to pack everything, whenever that was. I got up from my bed and looked around my room. Where even was I at? Japan? I've got so many questions! I decided to take a look around the room, to the left of me was a picture of me and a girl? The girl's hair looked like it was on fire! I sat up from my bed and left my room, where was the bathroom in this place? I checked nearly every door in this hallway until I finally found it! I entered the bathroom and turned on the light. I rubbed my eyes and looked at myself in the mirror. Light brown hair, ocean blue eyes, I was moderately fit, and there was a scar on my left eye.

"So, this is what I look like, huh? I dig it." I smirked.

Something didn't feel right though, there was some sort of burning sensation going throughout my entire body. I don't really know where I am, but I don't feel like I'm in danger either. I think if I just roll with this and figure things out later, I should be okay! I left the bathroom and walked back into my room. I saw a rather large suit case sitting next to my bed, what all did I pack? As I was walking down the hallway, I noticed the various amounts of family pictures on the wall. There was me, my Mother, I'm assuming my Father, two girls and another boy. I guess I'm not an only child? That's good at least, they could help me piece together some things, I hope.

"You ready to go, guys?" Asked a man, who is my Father, apparently?

There were the two girls, one who looked at least 5 years older than me, and one who looked about 3 or 4.

"Uh huh! We are!" The older girl replied.

These two must be my sisters? The older girl had brown hair just like I did, but the ends of her hair faded into white. She had hazel eyes and was really fit! The little girl next to her had cherry brown hair and emerald colored eyes.

"Japan, here we come!" My younger sister yelled.

I stayed quiet, I'm not really sure what to say, this is all so strange to me. As we went out the door and into a car, I couldn't help but feel lost, why can't I remember who these guys are? Surely if I've taken pictures with them, I would know their names, right? What in the hell even happened to me?

[10 Minutes Later...]

The ride to the airport's been fun, even though I don't know anything about anyone in this car, there's been some strange feeling inside me. Almost like there's a fire in my chest.

"Why are we going to Japan again?" I questioned.

My Father looked in the rear view mirror, "We're enrolling you in the greatest school on the planet, U.A. High!"

U.A. High? Why would I need to go to Japan just to go to school? Aren't there schools here I could go to? This is so confusing...

"Oh, yeah. I guess I forgot that too." I nervously laughed.

Hopefully they wouldn't think too much of it. I still needed to figure out what exactly was going on. So far, I've gotten my family down except for names and the fact that the older brother of mine is not here.

"Hey Alyx, have you thought of any hero names yet?" My older sister wondered.

Hero names? What in the hell is she talking about? How am I supposed to come up with that?

"Uh, Alyx? You alright? You're looking a little confused and glazed over." She worryingly continued.

Oh crap, did she catch on?

"Oh, what? I... Hero name? No, I haven't yet!" I exclaimed.

"Ah, okay. I guess those take some time to think about." She responded.

Geez, that was a close one! So, hero names and U.A. High? I think I'm starting to get the picture now... I'm losing my damn mind! Hero names?! What is this? Some sort of comic book world or something? I sat in the car in silence. I didn't know what to say, if I'm gonna be honest, I'm too afraid to say anything! I guess I just didn't want to be a hindrance to this whole trip to Japan, maybe things'll get better once we get there?

"Aly, where's Beans?" The little girl questioned.

I froze, what in the hell was Beans?!

"O-Oh, right! Let me see..." I answered.

I searched through her bag. I found a stuffed giraffe with "Liz's Beans" written on a name tag.

"Here you go... Liz!" I smiled.

I gave her the stuffed animal. Liz hugged the stuffed giraffe tight and in seconds she fell asleep!

[25 Minutes Later...]

As we pulled into a parking space and parked, my Father turned to us, "Does everyone have everything?"

"Yeah!" The older girl and I responded.

I don't know why he would ask that right as we got to the airport. Maybe we had enough time to go back if we did forget something? We all got out of the car and headed into the airport. This was going to be quite the interesting journey, I could tell! I just hope that I get some answers as to what's going on. The only things I have are my name, what I look like, and where I'm going. That's a start, at least.
