Japan's Last Hope: Overdrive Bomb!

*THIRD PERSON*

"I need you guys to hold him off while I charge up this attack, I need at least a minute, alright?" Alyx told them.

The trio nodded and without hesitation, they charged towards Shigaraki, Leonidus jumped into the air and raised his arms towards the sky. Using his Overdrive, he began to create a gigantic ball of Overdrive. The Infinite Mode transformation soon dissipated as Leonidus used up all of us Overdrive. He looked up and noticed the size of the attack.

"D-Damn it... That's not gonna be big enough to stop him, I'm gonna need more!" He thought to himself.

He absorbed a slight bit of his Overdrive and closed his eyes, "EVERYONE PLEASE! I NEED AS MUCH POSITIVE ENERGY AS YOU CAN GIVE ME! RAISE YOUR HANDS INTO THE SKY AND THINK OF SOMETHING POSITIVE, PLEASE! THE WORLD'S AT STAKE HERE!"

Everyone in Japan had been telepathically relayed the message as they watched Leonidus. One by one, the citizens of Japan began to raise their hands to the sky, orbs of white light came from their hands as they made their way towards Leonidus' Overdrive Bomb! Not only that, but the friends and people in Nevada had also heard the desperate cry for help from Alyx Leonidus.

"That was... That was Alyx! Come on you guys!" Sheyenne beamed.

Joshua, Karson, and Sheyenne raised their hands into the air to help Alyx out. Tanjiro, Nezuko and Darren Leonidus did the same as well.

"Here you go! Do it, my Great Grandson, end this nightmare!" Tanjiro chirped.

Alyx looked up and noticed the huge amount of positive energy that he amassed with his Overdrive. He widely smiled at it before looking back down towards the others.

"IT'S READY! GET OUT OF THE WAY!" Leonidus yelled.

Izuku, Katsuki, and Shoto all darted away from the area. Shigaraki stood there in awe at the sight of the massive Overdrive Bomb. Alyx smirked at Shigaraki's face of pure terror.

"TAKE THIS! OVERDRIVE BOMB!!" Alyx screamed.

He chucked the attack down towards Shigaraki, as it drew closer to him, Tomura put his hands out to try and stop the attack. Alyx kept one hand out and placed his other hand on his left arm. Tomura was keeping the attack from ramming into him, he stood his ground as his feet indented into the ground below him. Leonidus struggled to push the attack further into him.

"D-Damn it... I-It's not working, he's... He's holding it back!" Alyx thought.

The Rivet Stab that was keeping Shigaraki in place soon disappeared, he looked back and scowled at the sight of who was behind him. Annie was healing Shota Aizawa, giving him infinite use of his Erasure Quirk!

"Y-YOU BASTARDS!! I WON'T LET YOU DESTROY MY DREAM!!" Tomura shrieked.

"Alyx! What's the matter? You've gotten all the power in the world to push this thing back, you just have to let it all out!" Darren shouted.

The outline of Darren's spirit appeared behind Alyx, "B-But... I've used up everything I had! What else can I do?!"

"Don't you dare fucking give up, no son of mine is going to be a quiter! You want to get stronger for the people you love, right!? Think of Momo, Izuku, Kaminari, everyone else you hold dear! Use that to fuel your true power, you can do this Alyx, we all believe in you!" He told him.

"COME ON, ALYX!" Class 1-A and 1-B pleaded.

Alyx's eyes widened as he gasped quietly, he scowled at Shigaraki as he remembered all of the terrible things he's made him do. Leonidus' scar began to flare out his Overdrive once more as his eyes began to glow a deep blue.

"BOOST FIRE: TIMES 99!!" He roared.

The rose-gold aura shot up around his Overdrive, the Overdrive Bomb enlarged and soon started to become too much for Shigaraki to handle, it began to push Tomura backwards.

"DURRRRRAAAAAHHHH!!!" Shigaraki shouted.

His attempt to push the attack backwards halted the attack for a slight moment, but it still kept pushing into him. Tomura and Alyx made eye contact with each other, a smile resided on Leonidus' face.

"I really hope you're reborn as someone better someday, Tomura Shigaraki. The life you've lead was a terrible one, presumably because of your past, and I'm sorry for that. May the afterlife treat you kindly, for this smile I'm giving you might just be the only kindness you'll receive after this." Leonidus relayed to him.

"Y-YOU... YOU WON'T KILL ME!!" Tomura protested.

A ball of Overdrive appeared and impacted Tomura's back before exploding. In the sky, Kariya floated with a smile on his face.

"I truly underestimated you, Alyx." He thought to himself.

The Overdrive Bomb steamrolled into Shigaraki, carrying him into the sky, dragging into the ground before doing so. It exploded into a bright array of blues and violets, the sky finally cleared up and revealed the sun. Its light basked onto Leonidus as sparkles from his Overdrive fell to the ground. He looked down at the others, let off a tired smile, and gave a thumbs up.

"We... We did it!" Shoto excitedly exclaimed.

*LEONIDUS' P.O.V.*

I landed back down onto the ground, I don't think I've ever exerted that much of my Quirk before in my entire life! Annie rushed over to me and gave me the biggest hug imaginable.

"I thought you were fucking dead!" She cried.

"Y-Yeah, I thought so too! Trust me, it's a little strange!" I chuckled.

"Alyx!" Kirishima called out.

I turned around and noticed everyone else! They were a bit beat up, but they were okay!

Kirishima ran over and hugged me, "D-Dude! I never thought I'd see you again!"

Kirishima was bawling his eyes out! He nearly knocked me over!

"Hey! I'm glad to see you too!" I smiled.

Everyone gathered around me in astonishment. They were all asking me hundreds of questions all at once!

"H-How'd you survive? We all watched you sacrifice yourself!" Sero asked.

I guess I didn't really know either! All that I knew was that I was happy to be back. If I remember right, my Father told me that it had something to do with the earrings I was wearing. This was all so strange, I could've sworn I was dead back there!

"It's a bit of a long story, trust me, I'll tell you guys once we get back. I'm just super happy to be alive!" I replied.

Mr. Aizawa came over to us and everyone rushed over to him as well. They all hugged him! I couldn't help but smile. I looked behind me and noticed that Deku and Bakugo were sitting on the ground next to each other. This really felt like one of those happy endings! I crashed down onto the ground and Momo hugged me as she sat on my lap.

"Please... Never do something idiotic like that again, got it?" She sniffled.

"I'll try, I'm not entirely sure if blowing myself up again is on my bucket list!" I joked.

I looked down and noticed that the top of her hero costume was pretty much nonexistent, I slowly held her close to me, I didn't exactly have the top of my hero costume anymore either. Momo created a blanket and wrapped it around the both of us.

Kaminari sat down next to me, "Bro, what was that you were using? It didn't look like that Mode Two of yours."

"I honestly have not a goddamn clue, but it was fucking awesome! I beat the holy hell out of him!" I beamed.

Momo wrapped both her arms and legs around me as she giggled. Eventually, we all sat in a circle together, wondering how in the hell we even got here.

"Honestly, if you weren't here Leonidus-san, this would've gone a whole different direction!" Mina told me.

Mirio's head popped out of the ground, "I'd have to agree!"

"H-HOLY SHIT!!" I yelped.

Mirio had his Quirk back?! Now that was amazing news! I wonder how much the fight changed? Either way, I was just happy there weren't hundreds or thousands of civilian casualties after this whole thing.

[A Couple Hours Later...]

After we helped clean up what we could in Jaku City, we went back home. Bakugo & Kirishima went out to get pizza and Sato was baking some sweet-smelling desserts in the kitchen! Mr. Aizawa & Principal Nezu extended our spring break all the way to the start of our second year! I'm gonna miss being in class every day, but we really do deserve a break after today.

"We're back!" I heard Kirishima announce.

They had a whole bunch of pizzas! Like, at least maybe 20 or 25 of them!

"So, Leonidus-san, how did you survive? Was it just a near death experience?" Tokoyami asked.

"Well... I wouldn't call it near death... I'd call it a vibe check from God." I replied while I was eating.

Bakugo looked at me and everyone started laughing.

"Amnesia, what the fuck is that supposed to mean?" Bakugo started to laugh as well.

I told them what I actually knew, "It's hard to explain honestly. So, basically, the earrings I'm wearing happened to belong to someone named 'Tanjiro' who lived sometime over 100 years ago or so. He told me that the one that I had on before I 'died' were enchanted with the words, 'To Protect' so I didn't really die. Him and another girl Nezuko, who I'm guessing is his sister, showed up a while ago after my Dad died and gave me that earring. Then I got this second one before we fought Shigaraki."

They all looked lost and confused. I wasn't sure why, I pretty much explained everything, did they not understand?

"What? Why are you guys looking at me like that?" I asked.

"Are you sure you're alright, Leonidus-kun? Recovery Girl can always assist you with any injuries you've sustained." Iida told me.

Did they not believe me or something? After everything we've seen, they don't believe this?

"Ah, you don't know what you've seen, do you Leonidus-san?" Tokoyami questioned.

"Uh... N-No. I guess not." I answered.

"That must've been a Tutelary." Tokoyami told us.

"A tute-what?" Kaminari looked confused.

It kind of sounded like an instrument of some kind! Although, I seriously doubt that there is an instrument like that.

"A tutelar is essentially a guardian spirit. This 'Tanjiro' and this 'Nezuko' must've been just that, your guardian spirits." He explained.

Once Tokoyami said that, I felt a warmth fall over me, much like the feeling I got when Tanjiro smiled at me the first time. Night came quick, and we all were getting ready for bed. As I was getting dressed, I heard a knock on my door.

"One minute, please!" I yelled.

I got dressed and I opened the door, thinking that nobody would be there. But Momo was standing in front of me with a pillow in her hand.

"You know you don't have to ask me if you can sleep in my room, right?" I told her.

"I know, but I like asking first," She walked into my room, "It's impolite, you know!"

I smiled and rolled my eyes. We sat in my bed, watching some guy play this game where this detective was transported into some weird world where zombie creatures existed! He was a rather funny guy, his profile picture has a pink mustache and an M as his logo.

Momo cuddled up next to me as we were watching him, "You know, where did you come up with that Diamond Buster move?"

"You're still on about that? Really?" I laughed.

She looked up at me, I could tell she was death staring at me.

"I may have copied it from a show I watch." I admitted.

"I knew it..." Momo muttered.

"But the move itself is completely comprised of my Overdrive, so it technically isn't like I copied it!" I replied.

"Uh huh, alright. I see your point." Momo softly smiled.

We laid in my bed for a while, then Momo started to sit up, she placed her hands on my chest to prop herself up.

"Do you mind if I..." She stopped.

"Hm? What's up?" I wondered.

She sat up in my bed and took the blankets off both of us, "Well, I was wondering if... I may lay down on you?"

"Well, alright. I don't see why not." I agreed.

Momo climbed on top of me and put her head on my chest. I pulled the blankets back on to us. We sat there in silence for a bit and I closed my eyes.

"How are you so cold, Alyx? Is your body normally this cold?" Momo questioned.

I slightly chuckled and shook my head, "I can regulate my body temperature with my Quirk. It's mostly happens when I'm resting or if I don't want to be hot or cold."

I put my arms around her and sat there for a bit, breathing slowly with my eyes closed.

"Could you cool down a bit?" Momo requested.

"I sure can." I replied.

For the first time, none of us had to worry about any threats or any sort of villain attack!

[The Next Morning...]

I was awoken by Momo's voice, I opened my eyes and looked over at her.

"Good morning, hero." She greeted.

"C-Can we... Can we make pancakes...?" I groggily asked.

I heard her giggle, "I'm pretty sure we've got the stuff for it."

Momo left my room to get ready for the day and I got up from bed. I opened my balcony door and I looked out towards the entrance of U.A.

"Mr. Leonidus!" I heard Eri shout.

I looked down to see her waving at me.

"Hey, kiddo!" I smiled.

I got ready for the day and went downstairs. Eri was waiting for me in the Common Room with Mr. Aizawa.

"Mr. Leonidus! Can we play today? Please?" She wondered while hopping up and down.

"Sure! You wanna be an airplane?" I coaxed.

"Leonidus, it'll be too dangerous to make her fly around with you." Mr. Aizawa told me.

"Oh, I know! I wasn't going to go flying into the air with her. It's like this!" I responded.

I picked Eri up and she held her arms straight up.

"Weeeee!" She shouted as I carried her around the room.

"Attention all Eri-chan Airline Passengers, this is your captain speaking, we're coming in for an emergency landing!" I imitated a captain.

I sat her down on the couch and she started laughing.

"Again! Again! That was fun!" Eri beamed.

I smiled and I looked over at Mr. Aizawa, "Hey, I think I've got an idea! Mr. Aizawa, do you think that my sister can come over and play with Eri-chan? They're both about the same age, I think they'd get along just fine!"

"Hmm... Let me call your mother and see. I don't think that Principal Nezu would mind." Mr. Aizawa replied.

"Oh, I didn't know you had a younger sister, Leonidus!" Mina added.

"Yeah! You didn't know that?" I asked.

"Well, I know Fourth Gear is your older sister, but I didn't think you had anyone else besides Kariya!" Mina responded.
