Mika winced a bit and slowly opened her eyes; she lifted her upper body up and looked around, "Where... am I?" she asked herself. Mika saw a white room with blue curtains along with medical equipment. Mika turned to her left side and saw Kyoka laying next to her on a different bed.
Mika placed her hand on her forehead, "That's right, Kyoka and I were walking in the woods and passed out because of that purple gas." she said. Mika turned to Kyoka, "I guess Kyoka got it worse since she inhaled the gas more than I did." she continued.
Mika heard the door open, making her turn towards it. Mika saw a doctor enter the room, "Ah! I see that you're awake." he said; she nodded, "What happened?" she asked.
The doctor sighed, "Villains found your training camp and attacked." he said. Mika's eyes widened, "Are the others okay?" she asked; the doctor looked at his papers, "Most of them are fine." he said.
The doctor looked down, "However, some are still unconscious because of the gas and a few were injured." he continued, "There's also a student that severely broke his arms and a missing student."
Mika's face went pale, "Someone went missing." she said. The doctor nodded, "Unfortunately, yes." he said, "The student missing is Katsuki Bakugo."
Mika was in disbelief, but nodded, "I see..." she said lowly. The doctor looked at Mika, "Anyway, I'm glad you and the other one weren't hurt from the gas." he said, "If it weren't for the gas masks, I don't know how long you would stay asleep."
Mika nodded and heard the door open, making her and the doctor turn towards it. Mika's eyes widened when she saw a worried Saburo, "Mika." he said.
Saburo sprinted towards Mika and hugged her tightly, surprising her. Tears fell down Saburo's face, "I thought I lost you when I heard a student went missing." he said, "I'm glad it wasn't the case."
Mika got teary-eyed and returned the hug; when they separated, Saburo looked at her, "Are you alright, dear?" he asked. Mika nodded, "Yeah, I'm fine." she said; she looked at Kyoka, "I'm worried about Kyoka though." she continued, "She inhaled more of the gas than I did; will she be alright?"
The doctor nodded, "She'll regain consciousness soon enough." he said; Mika sighed in relief, "That's good." she said. Saburo looked at the doctor, "Is there anything else you need from my daughter?" he asked.
The doctor shook his head, "No, commissioner." he said, "You can take her back home, sir." Saburo nodded and bowed to the doctor, "Thank you for taking care of her." he said.
The doctor nodded and left the room, "Your stuff is already in the police car and the others left home." Saburo said, making Mika look at him.
Saburo turned to Mika, "Come along Mika, we should go home too." he continued. Mika nodded as she got out of the bed; she looked at Kyoka one last time before they left the room.

As Mika and Saburo entered their home, Yuma got out of her seat and hugged Mika tightly with tears falling down her face. They separated, "*I was so worried that you were the missing child.*" Yuma signed, "*I feel bad about the missing child, but I'm glad it's not you.*"
Mika slowly nodded, "Yeah..." she said lowly; Saburo patted her head, "Well... either way we're happy that it wasn't anything worse." he said. Mika turned to Saburo and nodded, "Now then, how about you take your belongings into your room." he continued.
Mika nodded, "Okay." she said as she grabbed her luggage. Mika entered her room and laid her luggage on the floor. Mika got on her knees and looked down, *I still can't believe villains captured Bakugo.* she thought, *Why do they want him?*
Before Mika opened her bag, she heard a voice, "Mika!" she turned her head towards the voice and saw Saburo. Mika noticed Saburo was terrified, "You need to see this." he said. Mika nodded as she stood up and entered the living room.
When Mika looked at the TV, she saw All Might and a man with a weird mask. "We're live at Kamino, Yokohama to see a fight between All Might and All for One." the news reporter said. Mika's eyes widened, *What the hell is happening?* she thought as she sat on the couch.

The camera zoomed in on the fight; All For One's mask was broken, only showing his grin. Mika looked at the other side of the smoke and saw a thin man with blond hair and blue eyes wearing All Might's hero costume, "Is that All Might's actual form?" she asked in horror.
Saburo was shocked, "I've worked beside All Might, but I never thought that was his actual form." he said. As All Might and All for One continued fighting, Mika was in fear when she saw All Might losing to All for One.
Mika looked at the screen, "Come on, All Might! You can beat him!" she shouted. Saburo nodded, "That's right! You cannot give up! Fight on!" he shouted.
As they were shouting to All Might, he punched All for One at one point; after that, his other arm expanded with muscles as he punched All for One in the face and slammed him on the ground, "He's done it... All Might has won!" news reporter said.
Mika was in tears of joy, "He did it..." she said smiling, "Even though he was at a disadvantage, he actually did it." The parents tried their best comforting Mika even though they were in tears of joy too.

A few days after the Kamino Ward Incident, Mika did some of her chores to get what she saw out of her mind; afterwards, she played one of her video games.
As Mika focused on a fighting game, she heard the doorbell ring. Mika paused her game and placed her controller on the coffee table; she stood up and walked towards the door.
As Mika opened the door, she saw Mr. Aizawa in a white shirt with a tie, black slacks, and dress shoes, "Hello Lyoko, may I come in?" he asked. Mika nodded and held the door open, "Please come in, Sensei." she said.
As Mr. Aizawa entered, Mika heard another voice, "Thank you, Young Lyoko." she turned towards the voice and saw a man with a skeleton-like body with blond hair and blue eyes enter the room. He wore a white, saggy shirt with a tie, saggy pants, and a cast on his right arm.
Mika's eyes widened, "A-All Might!" she shouted as she closed the door. Mika looked away and panicked a bit, "I-If I knew you were coming here, I would've worn something more formal." she said.
All Might shook his head, "No need for that." he said, making Mika look at him. All Might smiles, "To be honest, I would prefer that my students felt comfortable around the retired number one hero." he continued.
Mika frowned a bit at the sentence, but she nodded, "Lyoko." she turned to Mr. Aizawa, "Are your parents here?" Mika nodded, "They're in another room." she said, "Let me go get them." she said. Mr. Aizawa nodded as he saw Mika walk into a different room.

In the living room, All Might and Mr. Aizawa sat on the couch. Saburo and Yuma stared at Mr. Aizawa and All Might while Mika stood to the side.
Saburo took a deep breath and exhaled, "So... what do you want?" he asked. Mr. Aizawa nodded, "We would like for the parents of Mika Lyoko to return your child into our care." he said.
Saburo sighed, "After what happened at training camp." he said, "My daughter may not have been hurt as bad or worse than others, but you neglected her." Saburo glared at Mr. Aizawa, "Now you want us to trust you again." he continued.
Mika got worried, "What you said is correct." she turned to Mr. Aizawa, "We're thinking of everything we can to correct our errors. If you let us take care of your daughter once more, we will show you she can become an amazing hero."
Saburo looked at Mr. Aizawa, "How can I believe you after what happened a few days ago." he said, "What happens if they took my little Mika away just like that kid on the news." Mika turned to Saburo, "Dad." she said, making the adults look at her, "You won't lose me."
Saburo looked at Mika in disbelief, "Mika, I just want to do what is best for you!" he shouted, "I'll do everything to protect you!" Mika frowned a bit, "Even if it means I have to give up on my dream and leave all of my friends behind." she said.
Saburo's eyes widened, and he looked away, "I know that I'm your only child and that you love me very much, but I'm not a kid anymore." Mika said. Mika looked at both parents, "There's a saying that if there is something you truly love, let it go." she continued.
Mika looked down, "I know it's something parents don't want to hear from their children, but-" Saburo hugged her tightly, shocking her, "Okay." he said, making her look at him.
Saburo lets go of Mika and turned to Mr. Aizawa and All Might, "I'll let you take care of my daughter with these dormitories." he continued, "Make her a great hero."
Mika smiled, "Thank you, dad." she said. Mr. Aizawa nodded and bowed to Saburo, "Thank you, sir." he said; he raised his head and walked outside. Before All Might could leave, Saburo stopped him and turned to him, "Make sure my daughter is not harmed like that ever again." he said.
Mika turned to Saburo, "Dad, that's not-" All Might raised his hand, making her stop. All Might looked at Saburo, "I'll do my best to keep Young Lyoko and the other students safe." he said, "I promise you that."
Saburo nodded, "Thank you." he said; All Might nodded and turned to Mika, "Young Lyoko... take care." he said. Mika smiled and nodded, "Right!" she shouted; All Might smiled as he left her home.
