( Jake arrives in Luke's home still trying to process what amber told him )
Jake: I can't think of why he would murder Monty .
* Jake knocked on the door woman answered*
???: hello ?
Jake : hi Mrs Adams
Mrs Adams: oh hello Jake
Jake: is Luke here ?.
Mrs Adams: yes he's upstairs
Jake: okay thanks
( Jake walked inside and went up to Luke's room )
Jake: hey
Luke: hey Jake
Jake: I need to ask you something?.
Luke: is everything okay?.
Jake: I talked to amber
Luke: oh is she okay
Jake: yeah she told me you were at the docks
Luke: oh
Jake: why were you there if you don't mind me asking?
Luke: I was just blowing off some steam
Jake: oh
Luke: yeah
Jake: was Monty there
Luke: yeah but he was leaving
Jake: oh
Luke: anything else?.
Jake: no
Luke: okay
Jake: did you see anyone else there besides amber ?.
Luke : no just a car was pulling up so I left
Jake: oh
Luke: yea
Jake: do you know what kind of car ?.
Luke: a truck
Jake: oh I see
Luke: yup
Jake: did you see anyone get out of the car?.
Luke: no
Jake: okay thanks for the information
Luke: okay
Jake: I'd better go see you later man
Luke: okay man see you
( Jake gets up and leaves the room)
Luke: Jake
Jake: yea?.
Luke: I didn't kill him
Jake: I know I believe you
Luke: okay
( he leaves and Luke has a flash back )

Luke : Monty
Monty: what do you want Luke
Luke: I want you to stay away from Jessica
Monty: really and what if I don't
Luke: I'll end you
Monty: you? don't make me laugh
Luke: I mean it
Monty: fine whatever
Luke: okay
Monty: I have some one I need to meet
Luke: what ever
( he walks away and stops )
Luke: monty!!
Monty: what ?.
Luke: one day you'll get what's coming to you
Monty: haha whatever
( Monty turns around leaving to other side of the dock )
Luke: bastard
( he walks away and a truck pulls up Luke notices and makes a run for the exit )
* flash back ends *
( Jake arrives home )
Jake: mom I'm home
Jake's mom: Jake can you come to the living room please
Jake: okay
( he enters the living room and finds that the sheriff is sitting with his mom )
sheriff: hi Jake
Jake : what's going on ?.
sheriff: I have some questions to ask you why don't we have a little chat .
