The following day,

After getting out of bed, I quickly completed my morning routine. Then I sat cross-legged on the ground for cultivation.

I took out the blood affinity stones and held them in both of my palms. Then I closed my eyes and started to run the blood element method.

Right after, I started to absorb the blood energy from these stones. Not only that, a certain amount of blood energy from the surroundings is also entering my body.

These energies started to go through my veins. Seeing that I guided the energy according to the blood element method.

After circulation, I sensed the dark red light appearing above the bloodstream. This dark red light then starts to convert the blood energy into mysterious white energy.

As usual when white energies appeared. They began to find their way towards the skeleton.
