As she wandered through the dimly lit hallway, her heart raced with a mix of relief and fear. The faint moonlight filtering through the window cast eerie shadows across the floor, adding to the unsettling feeling that lingered from her nightmare. She had been jolted awake by the vivid images that haunted her sleep, leaving her trembling and disoriented.

 

Turning a corner, she saw him standing there, his silhouette outlined against the soft glow of a nearby lamp. It was Mohammed, her older brother, his familiar features etched with concern as he watched her approach. Without a word, he opened his arms and pulled her into a warm embrace.

 

"I had a nightmare," she whispered, her voice trembling slightly as she buried her face in his chest.

 

"Shh, it's okay," Mohammed murmured soothingly, his strong arms wrapping around her protectively. "You're safe now, I'm here."
