Out Into The World

"Captain!"

A crew member came running inside the control room where the captain had been monitoring the sea they were traversing into. The weather was fine, and he was just having a breather, praising himself for being where he was--at sea. He was feeling the cold breeze and calmness, until his crew member barged inside this door--interrupting his peace.

"Lower your voice, Jimenez," he said, "Unless pirates are climbing up our ship, I'd give you permission to overreact."

"My bad, Captain," Jimenez said, "But there's an emergency."

"What emergency? Did you find the kids already? They're the only emergency I'll look into this moment."

Jimenez nodded his head aggressively, and the Captain's gaze turned serious. "What do you mean? What's the problem?"
