Volume II Chapter One

On top of the large wall structures that enclosed this massive city sized Colosseum, where the three companions laid passed out in, Were mansions where the rich resigned. One of the massive buildings were made of glass, seemed to be an observatory and inside all the rich sat in rows of chairs watching multiple screens around the building showing current events and battles amongst the individuals. Murmurs could be heard amongst them as they watched, and soon a man that sat at a table in front of all of them and under the biggest screen stood up. He wore a black suit, one with unique dagger-like stitches all over it and a red tie that stayed tight around his neck, he had dirty blonde hair that was brushed backwards to give a wave in his hair. A slash scar was over his left bright blue colored eye, his right eye being a very prominent green color. His skin was almost grayish and he didn't seem that old, as he opened his soft lips his Silky smooth voice escaped "Start the bidding". As soon as he said it, faces appeared on the screen above him, dozens upon dozens of them. As the other people in the room immediately stood up screaming large sums of money and the person they were betting on he looked towards the screen. His eyes narrowing as he locked onto a picture of Athena "..You came sooner this time.." he whispered under his breath as he looked back over the crowd. A worried expression over his face that was quickly replaced with a sneer of pride "Whoever gets the lowest amount of Cash gets killed first!" He yelled out sparking more commotion, he couldn't help but laugh sitting back down and propping his feet up onto the desk with a sneer on his face

It must have been hours for all the bids to come through but eventually all the men and women had left to their vehicles to go back to their respective mansions either on the walls or outside of it, the only reason houses could even be built on it is the fact that the walls where a Hundred miles thick of solid steel, The man in the suit looked over at the only women left in the room. This women had brown hair pulled back into a bun, she wore a purple suit top with a purple skirt that ended past her knees "Well, what were the results" He asked her sighing while stating it "Well sir majority of the votes were towards some of the older contestants, but a overwhelming amount went towards a man named Jackie Easton" Her high pitched voice rang out in the room. He simply nodded and stretched "And what's his Ability?", she had seemed to become uneasy at his question "Well it's a top tier ability sir..Super speed"

The man in the suit nodded again, his attitude completely different from earlier. More serious, more firm and mature. He pressed a button on his desk "Get Olivia and Zander in here" he said out loud as a voice from a speaker nearby replied 'yes sir', soon after the doors to the room swung open and a pair of people walked in. One was a Tall firm statured man, he had bright red and spiky hair, as well his skin was pale and his eyes were a bright yellow color. He wore a plain black suit with a red tie that led into black spikes on the collar of the suit, the other person accompanying this man was a short woman, she had to be no taller than five foot three. She wore a brighter colored suit, Magenta to be exact, it has unique Rose designs sewed into the fabric. Her hair was a deep blood red color, she as well had multi colored eyes, one red and one blue. Her skin was more tan and her face was soft and plump, The man in the suit looked at them both "Olivia, Zander. The bids have come in and a man named Jackie Easton is your target, his location will be uploaded to your trackers. I expect you to make a show that they will enjoy, I think they intend to wrap it up within the week" He stated to them both, Olivia and Zander both bowed and turned walking away to fulfill their mission as The man in the suit returned to his studies and cameras watching the city
