After the Gerpacio’s case was solved and due to Lanie’s wish, everything turned back into the right places. Lanie forgot everything that was connected to that massacre and also the people she met during those times. And vice versa.

The Only Witness

Lanie immediately looked at Tyler, she was surprised and at the same time became nervous, Tyler's eyes were already turned red while looking emotionless at them. "Shit! No, Tyler!" she shouted as she moved faster in front of Tyler and spread her arms when he stood up. Lanie cursed again and breathed deeply.

"No, Tyler. I told you to endure it!" She shouted again but Tyler couldn't hear her. When he held her shoulder, he pushed her which made her fly away.

"Oh, damn!" She quickly teleported in front of Tyler, even though her shoulder hit the wall when he was about to enter the memories. She stopped the memories and gently pushed Tyler's chest to teleport him not quite far away from the scene.

"TYLER, WAKE UP!!" She shouted. She summoned her cane. Her eyes became bright gold and the white highlights on her hair appeared. "Let's fucking get out of here before you get yourself into these memories," she said before she tapped her cane on the floor.
