The Only Witness

Lanie didn't know what to feel after encountering Kieffer Andres. Did she set her expectations that high to think that he might want to get her as their supplier? She wanted to feel disappointed but at the same time she was still glad that she had that chance to meet one of the people who work at Pyeha Hotel.

"What's the other company that you are targeting except Pyeha Hotel?" Kevin asked after Lanie parked her car in her garage. She unbuckled her seatbelt before answering him.

"Hmm. The Hossler Resort." They both got out of the car. Lanie glanced at Lucio and Arnold that were helping each other to put the craft woods that she ordered on the balcony of her house.

"Ah! You said you wouldn't come here today…" Lanie's eyes narrowed at Kevin. "Why did you tag along with me?" Kevin scratched the back of his neck and bit his lower lip.

"You should stay at the hacienda together with Sir Alberto. Spend more time with him, Kevin." she added.
