The Only Witness

"W-what?" Lanie blinked many times. She was completely taken aback at what he asked. She didn't know if he was joking or not or he just became out of his mind because he stayed too long outside.

What Tyler meant about starting over again was this. He would continue the love that had been postponed 3 years ago. This time, this time there was no going to stop them from being themselves. Fuck that powers he have, he just wanted to be with her now. Someday, if Lanie finally remembers it all, he hopes that she will understand him, he hopes that she will not be scared again and run away.

"Are you having a fever?" Lanie asked as she put her palm on his forehead to check his temperature. She tilted her head. "He doesn't have a fever." she whispered. Then, she went back to his seat.

That Feeling
