The Only Witness

<p>Jake's painful cries echoed in the whole place as he slowly fell kneeling on the floor, as his whole body weakened by the memories that Lanie showed and brought to him. Lanie looked away. Hearing and seeing him cried devastatingly like that broke her heart and angered her.  </p>

<p>Kevin watched Jake sympathetically. He also relates to him. He knew how he was feeling right now. He knew well the feeling of hearing about your father's death because he once experienced it. It was indeed painful but you don't have a choice but to accept it and move on. Their only difference was Jake still has his mother while he doesn't have a mother anymore. He sighed before he kneeled in front of him as he gave him more tissues.  </p>
