Yami's mood was lazy but he was feeling very happy because he had earned too much money without even knowing it by killing so many enemies and of course merits too.

He now had more than fifty million ryo in his account and may be way more than that because he stopped counting after the reward list hit 50 million ryo. There was a list about his killings and the corresponding monetary reward for each of them. Apparently the Elite jonins and jonin whom he had killed had huge bounty on their heads. That amount alone surpassed 50 million by great amount. Yami was little frustrated though because much of this bounty was taken away by village as tax or whatever.

Anyway he was rich now so naturally would feel good about it. He met his three friends who were his only squad members and was greatly surprised by their progress.

Shimizu had problems with low chakra reserves before but now had reached high chunin level chakra barely so his this problem was solved. During the battles , he broke many mental and physical limits after all.

Shinji's chakra reserves increased a lot too but Yami was more happy because his chakra control increased to mid jonin level already. Now according to Shinji , he could breed more powerful insects in his body which was gross but not bad at all because he would become stronger.

Miki was the one who progressed the most because she learnt nature transformation of wind element too which complimented her fire jutsu. She could use many powerful combination jutsu now as her chakra reserves already reached low jonin level too. She had Sarutobi bloodline in her and Yami guessed that it must provide her better talent with chakra reserves.

Sakumo even said that Yami maybe soon promoted to jonin rank because his merit was more than enough for the position. It was just that the Elders were against this direct promotion and Yami was pissed off with them but did not mind it because it was just a rank and soon they would be forced to promote him when he kills more enemies and gain more fame and merit. Danzo must want to pull him in his Root so must be undermining Yami's authority deliberately. He was just a delusional bastard because Yami would never join him at any cost. The reason was simply that Danzo's presence disgusted him much.

Kumo and Kiri have also started actively participating in this war now and Yami wanted to experience other battlefields too because he could copy more useful bloodlines there. Storm release, Black lightning , Dust relase etc there were too many of them and Yami wanted them greatly.

Sakumo told Yami that he would accept his transfer request but he would have to wait for village's decision. Yami did not mind waiting for a while as he wanted to familiarize himself with his EMS and train his body too.

Currently Yami was standing inside his hidden base near the base camp and he had activated his EMS.

Yami was surprised because there was only grass here and his dimension extended for two hundred square kilometers. The information appeared automatically inside his brain and made Yami happy because he could train as much as he wanted here with thousands of shadow clones if he wanted to.

Yami headed towards a small waterfall here which was the only source of fresh water. He drank some and found it much more refreshing than the drinking water in shinobi world. Yami could feel that the nature energy was also more concentrated here but only by small amount. Ever since he had looted Nature Chakra Conversion skilll from jiraya , he could sense nature energy since then. Yami did not want to start absorbing it right now because Jiraya's skill was not perfect. Yami only wanted to rely on the knowledge gained from him and practice Sage mode himself after visiting Shikkotsu forest in future.

He started making hand signs while his left eye started spinning and soon Yami fired C rank Great Fireball jutsu and was speechless.

He had only used about two and a half chakra compared to the usual amount but the fireball was too strong and hot. It was more than fifteen meters tall and the fire had some blue shade too. Yami knew that when fire reaches higher temperature, its colour would change into blue. He was speechless because this C rank jutsu when amplified using his EMS power, easily reached mid B rank jutsu power or even surpassed it.

His chakra consumption was also way lesser than he had thought. Yami ignored the little pain he was feeling from his eye and looked at the waterfall with a grin on his face because the small waterfall almost fully evaporated from the fireball before.. He was too satisfied with his power and also felt again that sharingan was broken ability. Even Madara Uchiha would definitely be extremely jealous of Yami's EMS skills if he knew about them hmm.. definitely.
