Twin Detectives

I arrived at Seiken Hospital as what Lucas directed me, I walk towards the information desk and ask for Linley.

"Hi, I am the brother of Linley Holstein. Can I ask where she is?" I said to the nurse.

"Wait for a second." She answered and start typing into her computer. I look around to see if the members of the syndicate are lurking, but I guess I cannot know where exactly they are.

"Sir, she's at the room 101. This way." She said and I walk towards the hallway she pointed.

The hallway seems so very quiet than the other corners, it's like someone told everyone that everyone is restricted to enter this way. I looked for the Room 101 and I saw the room at the middle of the hallway. Other rooms are vacant and seems like Linley is the only one in this ward.

I knocked on the door and opens it anyway, no one can open it as Linley is lying on her back facing her back from me.
