"NYX!" I jumped then looked at Libertus as he, Crowe, Pelna, and Luche eyed me.

"What?" I dumbly said then Yamachang sighed as he put some food down next to me.

"They've been trying to talk to you for a while, Nyx." He said then I looked at my friends and sighed.

"Sorry, I've been distracted-"

"By what?" Pelna asked, but I felt my heart jump as I thought of that woman from the antique store.

"Excuse me? Nyx?" I looked up then stared as I saw that very woman standing there.

"Uh, the woman from the antique store-"

"Sorrentina, my grandma calls me Sorren." She said then cleared her throat, reaching into her bag as I stood and went to her.

"Uh, here, I forgot to give this to you before at the shop. It was also for that order, but it slipped my mind completely." I took the little box then nodded, smiling at her.

"I'll be sure to hand this to the prince, thank you." She nodded then glanced around, but I knew that look. An Insomnian born person was in the Immigrant District and was afraid.

"Uh, I'll help you back to the-"

"No, I'll be okay. I've actually got a couple errands to run, but thanks." I nodded then watched her as she turned and went back towards the street, but my eyes automatically dropped to her ass and I didn't realize I was staring until Libs busted out laughing and I turned to glare.

"Holy astrals!" He laughed then I went over to sit, glaring as he held his belly and lost himself.

"That's why you've been distracted all day?!" He finally laughed then I looked away as my friends got it.

"Does Nyxy Wyxy have a crush?!" Crowe teased, but I grabbed a piece of food and tossed it at her, making her groan as it hit her cheek.

"Don't call me that!" I snarled then she laughed as Pelna eyed me.

"She's pretty, I'll give you that." He said then I rolled my eyes and slid the box into my pocket.

"Are you going to give that to the prince?" Luche asked and I nodded.

"Yeah, I gotta go back to the Citadel tomorrow and I'm supposed to be his little body guard tomorrow. I guess he's going out with his friend, but his Crownsguard will be busy and the guards have to stay in the Citadel." I said then they nodded, but they didn't drop Sorren. No, she was topic until I left a good hour later.

"Here, Prince Noctis. I was given this late last night, she forgot to add it to the order." I said as he took the box then he shrugged.

"Sorren has a lot on her plate with the shop and her grandma, don't worry. I wasn't too worried, I figured that's what happened." He said then I nodded and went to wait for his trip out, but he caught my arm.

"Prompto and I are actually going to stay in today, so you can head to the Glaives training hall if you'd like." He said and I nodded, turning and leaving. As I walked in, I saw Drautos handing out assignments then he saw me and smirked.

"Perfect timing, another errand to that shop. Here, it's for the king this time." He said then I took the slip and saw the name of the shop again. Recent Memories.

"Gladly, sir." I whispered then turned, leaving without being dismissed. Then again, I hadn't been at attention and I was kinda eager to go there now. As I drove there, I felt my heart speeding up, but I ignored it as I parked in front of the store. I went in then smiled as I saw Sorrentina behind the table, but my smile fell as a guy came out and softly kissed her. Of course an angel like her is taken.

"Tommy, leave me alone!" She said as she pushed him back and I felt anger fill me.

"Why? You know you miss me." The guy, Tommy, smiled, but Sorrentina saw me and shoved Tommy off, coming towards me.

"Nyx-"

"Come back later, she's busy." Tommy said, but I grabbed my kukri and held it to his throat as I held Sorren behind me.

"If I see you around her or her store again, I'll have you arrested for stalking. And I'll be sure to tell the guards of you sexually harassing her as well." I said then he glared, but backed off and I turned, keeping Sorren behind me as he went around us and went to the door.

"I'll be back, Sorrentina."

"No you won't." I said then he slammed the door, letting me relax. I turned to Sorren then tensed as she hugged my neck, my arm not holding my kukri wrapping around her.

"Thank you, Nyx!" She whispered then let me go and cleared her throat.

"Uh, what order are you here for-"

"Sorren." I cut her off then she looked at me and slowly nodded with a smile.

"I'm good, really." She said and I nodded as I put my weapon away, handing her the slip of paper.

"Ah, for King Regis, right-"

"Are you sure?" I asked then she looked at me and slowly shook her head, tears forming in her steel blue eyes.

"Come here." I hugged her then she gripped my coat and cried, but I noticed her grandmother glaring from the back room that was behind the table that was their desk. I ran my fingers through Sorren's hair then she shook her head, stepping back and wiping her cheeks.

"I'm sorry, Nyx! I-I don't even know why I'm crying!" She said, but I shrugged.

"I don't mind." I said then she smiled and laughed.

"Thanks." She whispered then turned and I noticed her grandmother wasn't glaring as hard now, but she was still giving me a mean look.

"So, how was your errand?" Crowe teased as I sat then Yamachang got me a beer and I sighed.

"Y'all know a Thomas Kingston?" I asked then they shared a look with each other, only Luche spoke.

"Yeah, he's bad news. Why?" I huffed then explained it, getting something together so that Sorren and her grandma would be safe.
