" y-your the commander?"
I mumble underneath my breath as I look up into the roof trying to avoid the women's gaze as I held the ice against my eyes. " Yes I am, I thought you knew..." the women said calmly and she didn't even seem embarrassed about me getting in trouble for something so stupid. " No, I'm sorry Heda... I-I've only read about you in the books, I weren't even sure weather you were a boy or a girl... my apologise..." I grunted as I slowly turned my face to meet her eyes.
" Very well, but I'm a bit upset they didn't even write my gender..." the women said sarcastically and rolled her eyes " How come you now know, if I may ask?" The women said softly and looked me dead in the eyes. " I'm not allowed outside the fences.... I was barley able to come here.... I'm sure I would've know about you if I were allowed outside, but my brother is overprotective over me...." I told her truthfully and saw her expression change into a more safer one.
" oh..." the women started " That is to bad, there's so much more to explore out here and I can tell your a feisty one " she laughed faintly. I couldn't help but to let out a fain chuckles " He's only trying to protect me and I don't blame him... but he's eventually opens up and learned me some fighting " I said a bit excitedly, the thought of finally being able to train makes me very eager and happily. " Perhaps his doing the right, I mean you just got here and already got in trouble " the women said with a smile playing along her lips. " Yeah... yeah, that we're quite embarrassing, but if I had a sword or stick I could've possibly taken him down. " I said sternly. " I bet you could, you seem to have gotten some potentially in you " she said in a calm voice. Wow, the commander off the clans can see potential in me, a small feisty girl, who barley knows to fight... and would probably die if o were to put in battle... someone I've never met beloved in me.
" Anyways, I better get going, I've got some work to do and I'm sure your brothers worries about you "
The women's said as she stood up and stretched out.
" Of course Heda, I'll be on my way..." I said quickly and walked over to the door as the women grabbed onto my shoulder. " Call me Anya..." she smiled.
I nod my head " I'm Lexa..." I said in a clear voice before going out off the room to be met by my brother.
" What the hell happened to you? And who where you talking to?" He snapped rather angrily as he held onto his own horse and my horse. " I got punched in the eyes..." I mumbles as I took off the ice to show him. " How'd that happend " he said now more worries as he looked and exams my eyes.
" there were this stupid man... I got angry and then he got angry and punched me.... but I'm fine, don't worry " I said a bit hesitant, knowing my eye would be hurting badly the next days. " Your not, it's exstreamly blue Lex... we're going home now and your not coming back...." he grunted and gave me the leash to my horse. " What? No that's unfair Rivo... just because I got punched doesn't mean it'll happen again... " I snapped angrily and crossed my arms watching hiM climb up on his horse. " Excuse me... I'm in charge here Lexa, and your to listen to me because my choices I do to protect you! And to make sure nothing bad happens to you!" He snapped angrily at me. " I'm tired of your decision... I'm not a child anymore Rivo! I can take care off myself..." I grunted.
" without me you wouldn't have made it here for one day Lexa!" He grumbled. " how'd you know that for sure... I can fight..." I said angrily as I crossed my arms above my chest.
" Maybe you could, but your not strong enough, and your fighting with anger, not tactic..." he said in a more calmer voice as he leaned walked his horse closer to me and gently placed his hand onto my shoulder and looked me in the eyes. " Let's just go home... alright?" He said simply. I scoffed as I pushed his hand away before walking in the same direction we can from.
Sure I were mad at Rivo, but he were also right about me being alone, I wouldn't have made it without him, I make bad decisions all the time, and for what it's worth I should try and pay more attention to him. We both ride onto each off our horses home in silence, I were still pissed at him and he didn't want to make anything worse, so we both just stayed quite.
- Oop, a little fight -
