Brigitta's threat

The atmosphere in the living room was tense. Brigitta sipped the blackcurrant tea, while Greta was sitting next to her, still trying to digest the old woman's words.

She really didn't understand Brigitta's way of thinking.

What was so good about Lisa that she could make the old woman like her so much?

Oscar, his son and the grandson of Brigitta, was the most handsome man they had ever seen. But Greta didn't take her pride in Oscar because he was her son. Even if Oscar was a foreigner, Greta would still think that Oscar was the most handsome man in the world.

Supposedly, a handsome man like Oscar got a suitable life partner. His partner should be an equal, beautiful woman inside and out, has intelligence above average, and most importantly comes from a rich family.

Obviously, these traits didn't lie with Lisa who didn't even have a clear background!
