Chapter 11: Fitness and Health

Our body is important to us. We take care of it. When it comes to fitness and health, you need to eat healthy foods, exercise and have enough rest because rest is like fuel to our body, with these tips, you can have the best health. To be honest, I can say that I'm not physically fit and healthy because I don't exercise and eat healthy foods always, but I try to eat healthy foods as I can because I'm a picky eater. I love sweets chips so much, but I eat them in moderation and always drink lots of water.

I do therapy exercises once a week because I have scoliosis, so I need to maintain my therapy, it's not just to be fit but for my overall health. These days I don't go to my therapy, because I'm tired to go, I just stretch, climb stairs, and ride a bike. I do Zumba dances if I'm in a mood, and I do that for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

It's our responsibility to take care of our bodies, especially our health. Even though you don't have to go to the gym or eat vegan, there are tons of ways to become healthy. You don't need to copy the bodies of a model, just be you is what's important.
