Skincare Routine

Clear and glass skin, we wish that our skin is like that. Our skin is the most noticed part when they talk to you. Sometimes we will get conscious of what people will judge us about our skin. It's important to develop habits to take care of your skin.

All my life, I didn't take care of my skin, but when I turned college. I'm obsessed with skincare like I experimented with lots of products if it will have a good result on my face (it's good to experiment with lots of products but if your skin has an allergic reaction, do not use it again) I use toners, face wash, and face masks, but my skincare routine did not work because I got breakouts when I turned college, I think because of stress.

I remember when I took a picture of myself, my friend commented on FB saying, "what happened to your face?" It's embarrassing because my pimples are visible in the camera, and when I talk to people, I get embarrassed and cover my face. When I can't take it anymore, my aunt and I went to a dermatologist, the derma says lots of things to remember, she recommended a lot of skincare products to use and I don't like it because I'm the type of person that is very lazy when it comes to applying lots of skincare on my face, so we decided to go to another derma and luckily, he just recommended soap ointment, and antibiotics good for ten days, and it's very effective because my pimples are gone. Sometimes I get breakouts when I have my menstrual period, but it would be gone. I only need to apply those products recommended by my derma. Now, I'm confident and not cover my face anymore.

Maintaining is hard, but if you want to have clear skin, you need to apply and maintain those products, make it a habit and a daily routine. Your self-confidence will get low, but remind yourself that it's not only you who are dealing with pimples, do not let negativity take you.

Tips when dealing with breakouts:

· Do not touch and pick your pimples.

· Keep your hair off your face.

· Be careful with some products.

· See a dermatologist

For some, make-up is the key to hide those unwanted pimples and scars, but for me, it's not necessary because the derma told me that make-ups can worsen acne. Light make-up is great, if you have sensitive skin, use make-up with vitamins. For me, I used powder (pigeon and clean & clear) and a lip tint. Just put light make-up to look beautiful and fresh.

Tips to have fair skin:

· Wash your face with soap every morning and night

· Use ointment for your scars (Benzoyl peroxide)

· Drink lots of water

· Eat healthily

· Take lots of sleep

Remember that our skin is sensitive. We need to take care of it. Whether it's your face or body. Find a product that works well for you. Patience is required. No matter what you are dealing with, be confident, and smile.
