Being You

The number one lesson that you will learn and get in this book is being you and staying true to yourself without filters. Whenever there are problems, be brave in facing them. Do not forget that you have your friends with you. They are there by your side, not always, but at least they are there for you. I know that it's hard to open up, but this book can help you to break free, and I wrote this book just to open up about me and some of my personal experiences. We all make decisions in life, and in every decision, there are possible consequences that we must or might face, sometimes we regret it, but see those consequences as a challenge to yourself.

The book is all about knowing yourself, questions about yourself like, Who Am I? Whom do I want to be, and How can I get there? These are the perspectives of St. Thomas Aquinas. You must start knowing yourself first so that you will know whom you want to be in the future.

I know that in this part of the chapter, you will know yourself already. Not just yourself but also your relationship with your friends, family, and most of all, God, taking care of yourself, handling and overcoming problems and anxieties, and many more. If you know already who you are and your purpose, congratulations, you are ready to face what's ahead of you and do it with passion.
